Discussion Of The Method And Safety?effectiveness Of Stent Embolectomy On Vertebral Basilar Artery Acute Occlusion

Objective: To discuss the effect and complication,long term prognosis of stent embolectomy on vertebral basilar artery acute occlusion.Methods:Retrospective analyse the 14 acute vertebral basilar acute occlusion patients' emergency treatment,treatment process,clinical data and prognosis who were treated in The First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from September in 2016 to September in 2018 by vascular stent embolectomy.Evaluate all patient's 1day,3days,3months health condition through modified rankin scale(mRS),National Institutes of Health Stroke rating scale(NIHSS),,modified threshold of thrombosis in the brain blood grade(Mtici)after operation,to evaluate the effeciency and safety of the endovascular stent thrombectomy.Results: The14 patients include 2cases of vertebral artery occlusion,Vertebrobasilar artery occlusion in 3cases,,There were 5 cases of basilar artery occlusion.,aAll cases have a successful follow-up(mtici 2b/3),with the compeletely opening rate of 100%.The nihss was(10.21),(8.43)after 7 days,15 days after operation,compared with the preoperative NIHSS score(17 points),the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05)..The prognosis was good in 9 cases(MRS score 0-2)and disability in 3 cases(MRS score 3-5)..2 patients died of cerebral hemorrhage icluding the no recurrence of 1 case.Conclusion: It's a better and safer way to treatvertebral basilar artery acute occlusion through stent embolectomy,but,it still needs more samples and further multi-center research.
