| Objective:To investigate the clinical effects of different surgical methods in the treatment of giant nevus.Method: Collect between January 2012 and August 2018 in the first affiliated hospital of xinjiang medical university burns orthopaedic hospital clinical data of 48 patients with giant nevus,according to the operation way is divided into different issue directly to remove + skin flap transfer prosthesis treatment group,divide second excision method,the treatment group,free flap transplantation and skin soft tissue dilatation treatment group,treatment group were given postoperative topical prevent scar hyperplasia drugs and partial pressure in June,and through the outpatient service,telephone,WeChat to follow-up of therapeutic effects,such as return imaging data.Result:All incisions healed in the first stage after operation,and there was no recurrence of pigmented nevus,no obvious pigmentation,no dysfunction caused by scar contracture,and no local tissue deformation.There were 26 cases in the treatment group of primary lesion direct resection plus flap transfer repair,among which 18 cases were evaluated as excellent(69.23%),7 cases as good(26.92%),and 1 case as general(3.85%).There were8 cases in the subtotal resection group,among which 5 cases were evaluated as excellent(62.50%),2 cases as good(25.00%),and 1 case as general(12.50%).There were 10 cases in the free skin grafting group,among which 6 cases were evaluated as excellent(60.00%),2 cases as good(30.00%),and 2 cases as general(10.00%).In the skin and soft tissue dilatation group,4 cases were evaluated as excellent(75.00%)and good(25.00%)in 3cases.Conclusion:At present,there are many surgical methods for giant nevus treated by plastic surgery,each has its own indications,advantages and disadvantages.In clinic,we should consider comprehensively the occurrence location,area and functional form of giant nevus,and choose the individualized treatment scheme suitable for different patients. |
