Objective: To investigate the correlation between apoB,apoA and apoB/apoA ratios in atherosclerotic plaques of lower extremities. Methods: A total of 103 subj-ects underwent color Doppler ultrasonography of lower extremity arteries from December 2017 to May 2018 were enrolled.According to the results,37 patients(group A)and lower extremity plaques were divided into no lower extremity plaquee group.Group 66 cases(group B).Baseline data were compared with apoB,apoA,apoB/apoA ratio, blood lipids, blood pressure, blood glucose and other indicators.F-inally,Logistic regression analysis was performed on the above indicators and low-er extremity arterial plaques, focusing on apolipoprotein B and apolipoprotein.Correlation between A and their ratios and atherosclerotic plaque in lower extremities. Results: The apoB,apoB/apoA ratio, total cholesterol(TC),low density lipoprotein(LDL),LDL/HDL ratio and SBP,GLU and HbA1 C values in the plaque group were higher than those without plaque. There were significant differences in the ap-oB/apoA ratio and SBP and HbA1 C between the block groups(P<0.05).In additi-on,the apoA of the plaque group was significantly lower than that of the nonplaq-ue group((P<0.000).).Logistic regression analysis showed that the age, smoking history, body mass index, high systolic blood pressure, and apoB/apoA ratio were t-he risk factors for atherosclerotic plaque formation in the lower extremities(OR values were 1.538,1.127,4.548,1.125,3.072),the difference was statistically signifycant(P<0.05).Conclusions: The apoB/apoA ratio is significantly associated with the formation of lower extremity atherosclerotic plaque, and is an independentrisk f actor for lower extremity arterial plaque, while apolipoprotein A is a protective fa-ctor,clinically based on apoA and apoB/apoA.The ratio assessment predicts possib-l e adverse events in the future.
