Objective:To study and compare the Diagnostic efficiency of the two difference diagnostic method 18F-fluorothymidine(18F-FDG)and 18F-fluorodeoxiglucose(18F-FLT)PET/CT for single chest nodule.Methods:A total of 40patients found to be with chest nodules respectively using 18F-FDG and 18F-FLTPET/CT imaging,With pathologic results available and were followed up for 6 months after treatment.the receiver operating characteristic?ROC?curve was used to compare 18F-FDG SUVmax and 18F-FLT SUVmax methods for diagnostic value for breast malignant lesions;Two kinds of imaging results of18F-FDG SUVmax and 18F-FLT SUVmax were semi-quantitatively analyzed,and the different method diagnosis value was compared.Results:The area under the curve?AUC?of18F-FDG SUVmax and 18F-FLTSUVmax ROC was 0.689,0.801,respectively.Use 18F-FDG SUVmax,18F-FLT SUVmax and 18F-FLT SUVmax/18F-FDG SUVmax accuracy,sensitivity and specificity of SUVmax were calculated based on the condition that,the value of 18F-FDG SUVmax>2.5,the value of 18F-FLT SUVmax>1.4 and the value of 18F-FLT SUVmax/18F-FDG SUVmax>0.5.The results was 57.5%,88.2%,65.2%on 18F-FDG PET/CT imaging,75%,82.4%,69.6%on 18F-FLT imaging and 72.5%,47.1%,91.3%on18F-FLT SUV max/18F-FDG SUVmax.Conclusion:18F-FLT,which was able to reflect the characteristics of cell proliferation,as an agent of PET/CT imaging onclinical single lung nodules diagnosis could provide certain reference. |
