Objective: Our main aim was to investigate the application value of the biological grade in the surrounding invasion range of hepatic alveolar echinococcosis(HAE)by gray-scale contrast-enhanced ultrasonography. Methods: In total,we existed 23 Wistar Rat with hepatic echinococcus multilocularis infection, which for contrast-enhanced ultrasound examination, quantitative analysis the ratio of mean gray scale value of the surrounding invasion range of HAE and the average gray scale value of the adjacent normal liver tissue,we graded the gray-scale enhanced intensity with the ratio into high and medium and low according to the standard; We observed and rounted the number of the positive vascular endothelial cells of the surrounding invasion range of HAE with the immunohistochemical SP method, and graded the microvascular density(MVD)with the positive cells into positive, moderate and weak positive cells. The diagnostic consistency between intensity of the gray-scale contrast-enhanced and MVD on the biological activity level was analyzed by Kappa test combined with bioactivity level of the surrounding invasion range of HAE.Results: A total of 27 lesions and 119 paraffin blocks were obtained from 23 rats with hepatic echinococcus multilocularis infection. The average gray-scale intensity ratio was divided into: high enhancement 86.6%(103/119),medium enhancement 8.4%(10/119),low enhancement 5%(6/119).The Kappa test results of gray-scale contrast-enhanced intensity and MVD show that Kappa value=0.767,P=0.000(P(27)0.05).Conclutions: Our analysis indicates that CEUS can diagnosis the bioactivity level of the surrounding invasion range of HAE,to providing a basis for clinical development of treatment plans and follow-up review. |
