Objective:To explore the clinical repair methods of different types of nasal defects,to evaluate the effect and summarize the experience. Methods:Retrospective analysis was performed on 39 patients with nasal defects admitted from January 2009 to February 2019,including 17 males and 22 females.Age range: 1-82 years old;median age: 46 years old; There were 11 cases of trauma,9 cases of scar after burn,16 cases of tumor, and 3cases of infection. The analysis and clinical effect were observed according to the wound site, area, depth, surrounding tissue and corresponding defect repair methods. There were14 cases of nasal tip,10 cases of nasal dorsum,21 cases of nasal alar,8 cases of nasal lateral wall,10 cases of nasal columella, among which 14 cases of trans-subunit defect and10 cases of total nasal defect.Defect area < 1.5 x 1.5 cm squared 10 cases,1.5 * 1.5 cm squared ~ 2.0 * 1.5 cm squared 8 cases,2.0 * 2.0 cm squared ~ 2.5 * 2.0 cm squared 7cases,> ~ 2.5 x 2.5 cm squared 14 cases.Among them, there were 2 cases of skin graft,18 cases of local skin flap transfer,7 cases of nasolabial groove skin flap transfer,2 cases of auricle composite tissue flap transfer,8 cases of forehead expanded skin flap transfer,2cases of upper arm distal skin tube method,12 cases of repairing lining tissue at the same time, and 10 cases of costal cartilage supporting the nasal framework at the same time. Results:All the grafts survived after surgery, and the nasal shape and ventilation function were good. The color, shape and texture of the reconstructed nose were close to the surrounding normal tissues, and no complications occurred. Conclusion:In order to achieve good results, different surgical methods should be selected based on the comprehensive consideration of the defect site, scope and surrounding tissues.
