Clinical Study On The Effect Of Different Moxibustion Therapy On Premature Ovarian Failure

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of different moxibustion treatment on premature ovarian failure,and to provide strong clinical evidence for the treatment of premature ovarian failure by clinical exploration.Methods:In this study,a randomized controlled,digital table method was used to divide the 40 patients collected in the outpatient clinic into two groups,namely,the divine threshold,the intermoxibustion moxibustion and the fire dragon moxibustion,To observe the basic conditions of clinical symptoms in patients with menstrual condition,FSH,LH,E2 and patients.Result:(1)Comparison of the total curative effect between the two groups:Guan yuan,Shenque moxibustion therapy the total effective rate was 73.68%,The total effective rate of the fire dragon moxibustion therapy was 77.77%,There was no significant difference in total curative effect between the two groups after treatment(P > 0.05).(2)1.Comparison within the group:Shenque,Guanyuan moxibustion therapy and dragon moxibustion therapy in improving the clinical symptoms and FSH,LH,E2,P < 0.05,There is a statistical difference.2.Comparison among groups:Shenque,Guanyuan moxibustion therapy and dragon moxibustion therapy in improving the clinical symptoms and FSH,LH,E2,There was no significant difference in the comparison(P > 0.05).Conclusions:Moxibustion is effective in improving the patients' menstrual condition and the basic situation of clinical symptoms,FSH,LH and E2.Moxibustion therapy has no side effects,convenient clinical operation and easy acceptance of patients.It is a safe and effective method.
