Clinical Observation On The Clinical Effect Of Wen Yang Fu Mai Recipe In Treating Slow Arrhythmia Of Yang Deficiency And Blood Stasis Type

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Wen Yang Fu Mai recipe on the treatment of patients with Yang deficiency and blood stasis type of slow arrhythmia.Methods: 66 cases of patients with chronic arrhythmia were selected from hospitalized patients in Weifang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine.According to the random number table method,the patients was divided into two groups,the experimental group is 33 cases and the control group is 33 cases.The experimental group was given Wen Yang Fu Mai recipe and the control group was given Xinbao pills.Stop using other anti-arrhythmic and other heart-rate-affecting drugs during treatment.Observe and record 24 hours total heart rate,minimum heart rate,mean heart rate change and improvement of TCM symptoms before and after treatment to compare the effects.Results:Comparison of two groups of TCM syndrome curative effect,the total efficiency of the experimental group was better than that of the control group,and there was a significant difference.(P <0.05).Both groups of drugs could improve the TCM syndrome differentiation of patients,and the experimental group was significantly better than the control group,with statistical difference(P <0.05).The average heart rate,minimum heart rate and total heart rate of the two groups were increased after treatment,but the experimental group was significantly better than the control group,with statistically significant difference(P <0.05).There was no significant change in the safety indexes before and after treatment.Conclusion: Wen Yang Fu Mai recipe can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients with Yang deficiency and blood stasis type of slow arrhythmia and improve the heart rate indicators of 24 h dynamic electrocardiogram.The results confirmed that It is safe for long-term use without obvious adverse reactions.
