Objiective:To observe the clinical effect of jiang zhi bao gan pill in treating Nonalcoholic fatty liver disease with gan yu pi xu zhengMethod:The 100 eligible patients with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease from Tai'an City hospital of traditional Chinese medicine are divided into two groups randomly,experimental group and control group.The patients in experimental group used jiang zhi bao gan pill,and the patients in control group used dong bao gan tai pill 3 months.After treatment,we should observe the changes in Chinese tradional medicine symptoms integral,serological indicator,imaging indicators,Insulin resistance index and so on,which are to do statistical analysisResult:1.Jiang zhi bao gan pill can degrade the Chinese traditional medicine symptoms integral of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease with gan yu pi xu zheng xing.2.Jiang zhi bao gan pill can degrade ALT,GGT,ALT,TC,TG,LDL-C and also can improve the insulin resistance index 1.Conclusions:Jiang zhi bao gan pill can improve the clinic symptoms of nonalcoholic fatty liver with gan yu pi xu zheng,alleviate the hepatic inflammation,improve the insulin resistance index and imaging indicators,has no obvious adverse reactions.So,we conclude that Jiang zhi bao gan pill is a safe and effective treatment of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease...
