Acupuncture Bloodletting Therapy With Alprostadil Injection In The Treatment Of Fontaine ? Stage LEASO

Objective:This research adopts the acupuncture bloodletting therapy combined with alprostadil injection to treat Fontaine ? stage lower extremity atherosclerotic occlusive disease(LEASO).Two treatment schemes are carried out to figure out their respective effects on patients' skin temperature,skin color,intermittent claudication distance,intermittent claudication alleviation time,etc.The function mechanism of acupuncture bloodletting therapy is also investigated in order to enable as many treatment schemes as possible to treat LEASO.Methods:According to the inclusion criteria,50 patients with Fontaine ? stage lower limb arteriosclerosis occlusion syndrome were selected and were randomly divided into treatment group(acupuncture and bloodletting therapy combined with alprostadil injection)and control group(alprostadil injection only),with 25 cases in each group.Then,compare and analyze the differences of patients' skin temperature,skin color,intermittent claudication distance,and intermittent claudication alleviation time before and after the treatment.Results:1.The total effective rate of the treatment group was superior to that of the control group(P<0.05).2.There was a significant improvement in skin temperature and a remarkable alleviation in intermittent claudication after the treatment(P<0.01).The comparison between the two groups is statistically significant(P<0.05).3.The skin color was significantly improved(P<0.01)in the two groups after the treatment;there was no statistical significance in the comparison between the two groups in this aspect(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.The total effective rate can be significantly increased by the combination of acupuncture bloodletting therapy withalprostadil injection.2.Acupuncture bloodletting therapy and alprostadilinjection can obviously improve Fontaine ? stage LEASO patients' skin temperature,alleviate the intermittent claudication;thecurative effect is superior to that of pure alprostadilinjection.3.The acupuncture bloodletting therapy and alprostadil injection can obviously improve Fontaine ? stage LEASO patients' skin color;thecurative effect is not so much different from that of pure alprostadil injection.
