Clinical Study On Treatment Of Facial Paraiysis(Acute Phase) With Conventional Acupuncture By Sea-penetrating Veins

Purpose: through comparison zhao hai through shen mai with conventional acupuncture method in treatment of surrounding the curative effect of facial paralysis comparative analysis,to explore more effective treatment methods in treatment of surrounding facial paralysis.Method: 62 cases of peripheral vertigo patients with facial paralysis were randomly divided into 2 groups in medical order,the treatment group and control group,each group of31 cases,treatment group according to zhaohai through shen mai treatment,the control for conventional acupuncture treatment.Two groups of treatment treatment 1 times a day,every time 30 minutes,7 times in one period of treatment,treatment of three consecutive period of treatment.To observe and record before and after the treatment of facial nerve function recovered stage,before and after treatment,facial nerve function and the static and dynamic scale results to determine the clinical curative effect.Result: the treatment group and control group total effective rate were 90.32% and83.87% respectively,the two groups have significant differences.Two groups of patients with facial nerve function recovered grading,facial nerve function and the static and dynamic rating scale before and after treatment were significantly difference after statistics.Conclusion: 1,according to zhao hai through shen mai method with conventional acupuncture can promote the recovery of patients with facial nerve function,treatment behind the nerve function and the static and dynamic rating scale were improved.According to the sea through shen mai method in treatment of around 2 facial paralysis efficacy is superior to conventional acupuncture treatment.
