Objective:To explore and evaluate the methods and effects of epithelial ovarian cancer(EOC);to explore the value of human epididymal protein 4(HE4)in the poor prognosis of epithelial ovarian cancer;to know significance of the positive changes of CAl25 and HE4 in the postoperative follow-up for predicting the recurrence of epithelial ovarian cance.Methods:The clinical data of 102 epithelial ovarian cancer patients received surgery and 137 benign disease patients in the gynecology center of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from January 2013 to July7017.Looking up the object of clinical medical records,to obtain baseline data?CAl25?HE4?CT?ultrasound and postoperative pathological information.Statistical analysis was applied,through the construction of a new joint predictor to valuate the predictive value of a combined prediction model for recurrent ovarian cancer,and also to predict the individual.Follow up and evaluate the effect of clinicopathological factors on the survival of the patients;The postoperative of HE4 and CA125 were followed up.sensitivity and specificity is to detect significance of the positive changes of HE4 and CA125 on the recurrence of epithelial ovarian cancer.Results:1.Age?menopause?BMI?gravidity?parity?CA125?HE4?ultrasound and CT were the risk factors of epithelial ovarian cancer(P<0.05).age?HE4 and CT were independent risk factors for epithelial ovarian cancer(P<0.05).2.Single index evaluation,preoperative CT has the largest diagnostic value of epithelial ovarian cancer,Area Under the Curve(AUC)is 0.927,joint age,HE4 and CT generated new joint predictor Pre-1 AUC is 0.993.3.The false positive rate was R=0.10,and the diagnosis point was 0.093.4.Staging and production(P<0.05)were independent risk factors affecting the prognosis of patients with epithelial ovarian cancer.5.Kaplan-Meier method was applied to draw survival curves,with the log-rank method(x~2=20.613,P<0.001),the preoperative HE4 level was significantly correlated with the patient's disease-free survival.6.Gamma method was used to analyze the correlation of two ordered variables.The correlation coefficient of the preoperative HE4level with staging is r=0.816,and the correlation was better.7.Follow-up found that the positive changes of HE4 were higher specificity in predicting the recurrence of epithelial ovarian cancer.Conclusion:The preoperative diagnosis of epithelial ovarian cancer,the performance and accuracy of logistic regression model is better than the single index alone,which is better than ROMA value;Serum HE4 is a risk factor for poor prognosis of epithelial ovarian cancer;the postoperative follow-up of HE4 and CA125 had a predictive value for the recurrence of epithelial ovarian cancer.
