[Purpose] In this study,we screened out the Hydrocarbonase-resistant Enterobac teriaceae bacteria from the clinical samples of a large-scale tertiary teaching hos pital in 2016.We conducted epidemiological statistics through data analysis and obtained the risk factors. This result provided a theoretical basis of the drug-re sistant bacteria control work in hospital.[Methods] Hydrocarbonase-resistant Enterobacteriaceae bacteria in the hospital for the year of 2016 was collected. The test bacterial strain was subjected to a drug sensitivity test and the experiment data of drug sensitivity test and patient case were collected. Finally, the statistical results of relevant information in the case group and the control group were analyzed by epidemiological statistics.[Results] The detection rate of Klebsiella pneumoniae in Hydrocarbonase-resistan t Enterobacteriaceae was the highest.Hydrocarbonase-resistant Enterobacter was mainly distributed in cadre wards and intensive care units, and the isolated spec imens were mainly derived from sputum, urine and blood.Logistic regression a nalysis showed that in the ICU(OR=3.450),there were basic cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases(OR=2.345),and the use of macrolide antibiotics(OR=12.030),aminoglycoside antibiotics(OR=9.392)or antifungal antibiotics(OR=15.444) was a risk factor for infection with Hydrocarbonase-resistant Enterobacteriaceae bacteria.[Conclusion] Hydrocarbonase-resistant Enterobacter infections were more common in lower respiratory tract infections, urinary tract infections and blood infections in the hospital.Drug susceptibility results showed that Hydrocarbonase-resistant Enterobacter was only sensitive to tigecycline and polymyxin B,and the intens ive care unit and the cadre ward were the high-risk departments.Unreasonable use of antibiotics might accelerate the emergence of Hydrocarbonase-resistant Enterobacter. It is necessary to strengthen monitoring and intervention for key wards and key populations, thereby implementing the scientific hospital infection prevention and control work.
