With the implementation of the Healthy China Strategy and the transformation of people's medical concepts,people have put forward higher requirements for nursing work,which is accompanied by the increasing psychological pressure of nurses.If it is not effectively treated,it will affect the nurse's personal physical and mental health and even the normal development of the nursing work.In contrast,the existing research is more about the analysis of nurses' stressors,and there are fewer intervention studies.Therefore,this study is guided by cognitive behavior theory,combined with the advantages of group work methods,to intervene in the psychological stress of nurses in organ transplant department,and evaluate it by the Chinese perceived stress scale,the stress appraisal measure,and the simplified coping style questionnaire.Intervention research results in response to social workers how to serve the nurse group,the intervention strategies and the intervention effects.In this study,seven nurses from the organ transplant department of Shanghai C Hospital were intervened using the cognitive behavioral group approach.The team aims to reduce the psychological stress level of nurses through stress cognition and stress coping actions.The results showed that:First,the analysis of pre-and post-test data showed that the control group did not show significant differences in stress level,stress cognition,and coping style,while the results of the intervention group showed differences.Second,In the comparison of measured data of the intervention group and the control group,the differences in stress level,stress cognition,and coping style were shown.Third,after the intervention,the pressure perception and stress coping behavior of the team members changed in a positive direction,and the psychological stress level was A more significant improvement.Therefore,the study believes that the social worker's cognitive behavioral group has significant effect on reducing the psychological pressure of the nurses.
