ObjectivesThis study to explore the related clinical neurological paraneoplastic syndrome,according to analysis the clinical characteristics of the disease,in order to early detection of tumor,prolonged survival of cancer patients as much as possible.Another way for the diagnosis of tumor.MethodsAnalyzed retrospectively collected from January 2000 to January 2018 in the first affiliated hospital of Zhengzhou university make a diagnosis and give treatment of 64 cases of the clinical data of patients with neurological paraneoplastic syndrome.ResultsThis study into group a total of 64 patients with tumor,the male as the 48 cases,of the total 70 %,women for 16 cases,accounting for the total number of 30 %,aged 30 ~ 70 range,the average age of about 55 years of age,50-70 age group for most patients,accounting for 75 %,course of 7 days to 3 years,were slow,course of disease symptoms are given priority to with nervous system symptoms.Tumor of species diversity,including lung cancer for 24 cases,15 cases of malignant lymphoma for,for 10 cases of ovarian cancer,stomach for 8 cases,colon for 5 cases,bladder for 2case;32 cases of the comprehensive treatment such as surgery,radiation and chemotherapy,including 24 cases of nervous system symptoms to a degree of ease.Only 16 patients immune therapy alone,relief of symptoms are not obvious.Another 16 cases patients,symptomatic treatment.ConclusionsProportion of patients with neurological paraneoplastic syndrome in middle-aged is higher,and the men more than women;The damage of the nervous system for its first onset of symptoms;Primary tumor is the most common in lung cancer,so for older patients with nervous system symptoms should be paid attention to rule out the possibility of lung cancer.Active treatment the primary tumor can improve the symptom of the patients to a great extent.
