Bladder cancer is a very common malignant tumor in urological tumors. With the continuous improvement of the medical level and patients' higher awareness of their own health, the patient's requirements for the diagnosis and treatment of the disease are also increasing, and at the same time it has a quality of life after surgery.More urgent wishes. For surgical treatment of muscular invasive bladder cancer, radical cystectomy(RC)and in situ neobladder are the preferred surgical procedures. In order to compare the long-term outcomes after different urinary diversions,we collected all literature on muscular invasive bladder cancer and performed cystectomy for different urinary diversions between January 2011 and January 2018.The results are shown below..Objective:Meta-analysis was used to compare the clinical efficacy of different urinary diversions in patients with myometrial invasive bladder cancer nationwide.Method:Searching for patients with bladder cancer, such as China Knowledge Online,Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform, and Weipu Periodical Resource Integration Service Platform,etc..Chinese search combined "bladder cancer," "radical cystectomy," "urinary diversion," and "clinical efficacy" as keywords or keywords. The search period is from January 2011 to January 2018.Develop inclusion and discharge criteria, search for literature, objectively assess risk of bias, and extract data from the final literature, using Metadata Revman 5.3 software. Results: In this study,a total of 9 articles were performed for cystectomy with different urinary diversions.Meta-analysis showed that the hospitalization time of ileal bladder group was [MD=5.11,95%] compared with that of ileal neobladder group.CI(3.91,6.31),P<0.00001],Early complications [MD=1.65,95%CI(1.12,2.42),P=0.01],shorter than the ileal neobladder group, but in terms of operation time, intraoperative blood loss, gastrointestinal recovery time,long-term complications No statistical significance. Conclusion: The ileal bladder group is superior to the ileal neobladder group in terms of length of hospital stay and early complications. At the same time, more high-quality studies are expected to verify the above conclusions.
