Objective:By observing the expression of Hemorheology indexs,TGF-P,ICAM-1,and IL-35 in the peripheral blood of patients with recurrent oral ulcer(ROU)and healthy people,to explore the role of expression in the pathogenesis of recurrent oral ulcer,to further explore the pathogenesis of ROU to add new content,so as to provide a new theoretical basis for reducing the recurrence and treatment.Methods:Clinical 40 patients with ROU were selected as the experimental group,another 40 healthy volunteers as normal control group from the medical center,experimental group and control group have no significant difference in gender and age,all participants signed informed consent.Fasting blood samples were collected from 7mL,and 5ml was used to detect hemorheological indexes in 4 hours after blood collection,another 2ml centrifugal serum stored in-80℃ refrigerator freezer,to detect TGF-β,ICAM-1 and IL-35 in ELISA method after collecting the samples,GraphPad software for statistical analysis,data is expressed by(mean SD),the data between the two groups were compared by t test,the correlation analysis of TGF-β,ICAM-1 and IL-35 uses Pearson correlation analysis.Result:1.Detecting expression level of TGF-(β,ICAM-1 and IL-35 in ELISA method:the expression level of TGF-β in serum of patients with recurrent oral ulcer in the beta(1078 + 97.96)was significantly lower than the normal control group(1484 + 104.9),the expression level of IL-35 was(225.5 + 42.6)and lower than the normal control group(391.8 + 47.38),the two data groups of TGF-β and IL-35 were statistically significant(P<0.05),the expression level of ICAM-1 was(475.1 + 37.14)and higher than control group(369.2 + 42.92),but without statistical significance(P>0.05).2.The result of hemorheological indexes detection showed:the blood rheology index of patients with ROU(erythrocyte aggregation index,whole blood(high shear rate,shear,low shear),whole blood low shear relative index,whole blood low shear viscosity reduction)was higher than the healthy control group,while the Casson viscosity(3.244 + 0.067)was significantly lower than the control group(3.541 + 0.093),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the blood flow and other indicators:plasma viscosity,erythrocyte degeneration index,erythrocyte rigidity index,erythrocyte sedimentation rate,hematocrit,whole blood high shear relative index and fibrinogen levels compared with the control group had no statistical significance.3.The relationship between the expression of TGF-β and the expression of IL-35 in patients with ROU:They have some relevance(r=0.133,P<0.05).Conclusion:1.TGF-β beta is involved in the pathogenesis of ROU,and plays an important role in it.2.The expression of IL-35 is Low levels,patients had clinical inflammatory symptoms.And it showed that IL-35 as a protective factor in the pathogenesis of ROU plays a role in inhibiting inflammation.3.It is suggested that the pathogenesis of oral ulcer is related to microcirculation disturbance,and the increase of blood rheology index of The hemorheology index may be the important factors of microcirculatory disturbance.4.The serum ICAM-1 was involved in the pathogenesis of ROU,suggesting that it was not significant.5.The expression of TGF-β and IL-35 level in ROU patients has certain correlation,the lower expression of TGF-β and IL-35 that resulted by the disorder of immune balance may be related to ROU.
