Objective:To investigate the independent effects and interaction effects of hyperuricemia and serum total cholesterol(TC),glycerol three(TG),elevated LDL(LDL)levels to IVF/ICSI outcomes in patients with p olycystic ovary syndrome.Methods:Collect patients with polycystic ovary s yndrome as the research object who were going routine IVF/ICSI treatment at their first time in Reproductive Medical Research Center of Yuhuangdi ng Hospital from January 1,2015 to December 31,2016,a total of 99 cas es.Firstly,all of the research object can be divided respectively into two groups in accordance with the levels of uric acid,cholesterol,triglycerides and LDL.The first step was to investigate whether there is difference bet ween the uric acid normal group(A I group)and the hyperuricemia group(A II Group)on the basis and the indicators of blood lipids.The second step was to examine the independent effects of uric acid,cholesterol,trig lycerides,and LDL on the subject.The third step was to investigate the co mbined effects of uric acid and cholesterol,triglycerides,and LDL on the subjects.Result:?Between multiple uric acid groups,The number of oocyt es retrieved,the number of mature eggs,the number of fertilized embryos,the number of embryos,the number of available blastocysts,and the clini cal pregnancy rate of group A1 were higher than those of group A11,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05),The dosage of Gn and t he number of days of Gn in A1 group were lower than those in A11 grou p,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Body mass index?TC?TG?LDL in group A1 was lower than that in group A11,an d the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).?Between multiple ch olesterol groups,the number of available blastocysts in group B1 was high er than that in group B11,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the number of oocytes.The number of ova obtained,the number o f fertilized embryos,the number of high quality embryos and clinical pregn ancy rate of group B1 were less than those of group B11,the difference w as not statistically significant(P>0.05)?The amount of Gn,the Gn number of days,mature oocytes,group B1 was lower than that of in group B11,t he difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).?Between multiple trigly ceride groups,the number of ova obtained,and the number of mature eggs in C1 group were higher than those in C11 group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)?Body mass index in group C1 was lower than group C11,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The num ber of fertilization,number of high quality embryos and the available blasto cysts,the clinical pregnancy rate of group C1 was higher than those of gr oup C11 and there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).The amount of Gn,the number of days of Gn in group C1 were lower than th ose in group C11,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).?Between multiple low densith lipoprotein(LDL)groups,the basic stat e of blood FSH value,Gn dosage,he number of days of Gn in D1 group were higher than those in the D11 group,and the difference was statistical ly significant(P<0.05).The body mass index(BMI)and the number of av ailable blastocysts in group D1 were lower than those in group D11,and t he difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The number of oocytes,the number of mature eggs,the number of fertilized embryos,the number of high quality embryos,the clinical pregnancy rate in D1 group were hi gher than those in group D11,and the difference was statistically significan t(P<0.05).?The interaction effects of uric acid and LDL played an import ant role in the number of IVF fertilization.Conclusion:?Among PCOS pa tients,there is a difference in body mass index,glycerol three,cholesterol,and low-density lipoprotein levels between different uric acid groups.?The independent effects of the indicators showed that elevated cholesterol 1 evels could increase the number of mature eggs and reduce the number of available blastocysts.The increase in the level of three glycerol could red uce the number of eggs and the number of mature eggs ?The interaction effects of uric acid and serum lipids showed that uric acid and LDL had no effect on the outcome of IVF,but the interaction effects influence the number of oocytes fertilized by IVF.
