Objective: By analyzing the general data, laboratory data, electrocardiogram and echocardiography of 710 patients with coronary heart disease in a top three hospital in Qiqihar City,we can understand the incidence of atrial fibrillation in patients with coronary heart disease and explore the influencing factors of coronary heart disease complicated with atrial fibrillation. To provide a scientific basis for preventing atrial fibrillation in patients with coronary heart disease. Methods: 710 Coronary heart disease patients hospitalized in a top three hospital in Qiqihar City from January 2017 to December 2017 were selected as subjects.General information, laboratory examination data, electrocardiogram and echocardiography of patients with coronary heart disease were collected by consulting electronic medical records. The database was built using Excel 2003 software, and statistical description and statistical analysis were performed using SPSS 24.0 software. The count data is represented by the composition ratio, and the comparison between groups is performed by the chi-square test. The measurement data with normal distribution was expressed by ?x±s,and the t-test or t' test was used for comparison between groups. The nonnormal distribution measurement data was expressed by M(P25,P75),and the rank-sum test was used for comparison between groups. The influencing factors of atrial fibrillation were analyzed by multivariate logistic regression, and the difference was statistically significant at P<0.05.Results: 1.A total of 710 inpatients with coronary heart disease were enrolled in the study,of which 40.3% were male and 59.7% were female. The patient's minimum age was 32 years, the maximum age was 88 years, and the mean age was(62.75 ± 10.63)years.The type of occupation is the highest number of retired patients, accounting for 58.7%.The marital status of the patients was the highest among married people, accounting for 86.5%.The monthly income of patients is mostly 2000-5000 yuan, accounting for 66.6%.2.Among the hospitalized patients with coronary heart disease,48.5% of the patients had anterior descending stenosis;37.6% of all patients had stenosis stenosis;28.7% of all patients had right coronary artery stenosis.14.5% of the two were narrow, and 0.4% of the three were narrow.3.Among the 710 patients included in the survey,68 patients with atrial fibrillation, accounting for 9.6%;642 patients without atrial fibrillation, accounting for 90.4%.4.General information and lifestyle habits affecting coronary heart disease complicated with atrial fibrillation: male patients had significantly more atrial fibrillation than females(P < 0.05).The incidence of atrial fibrillation was significantly higher in patients >65 years of age than in those aged 45-65 years. There was no significant difference in the incidence of atrial fibrillation between patients with different occupation types, different marital status, and different income levels(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of atrial fibrillation between the age of smoking, the length of smoking history, and the history of smoking(P>0.05).5.The effect of clinically relevant indicators on coronary heart disease complicated with atrial fibrillation: blood pressure, normal blood glucose or not has no significant effect on the incidence of atrial fibrillation in patients with coronary heart disease(P>0.05).Heart rate, blood potassium, hemoglobin, uric acid, creatinine, urea nitrogen, ventricular septal thickness, left atrial anteroposterior diameter, left ventricular posterior wall thickness, left ventricular end diastolic diameter, and left ventricular ejection fraction were significantly higher in the atrial fibrillation group. In the non-atrial fibrillation group(P<0.05),patients with low-density lipoprotein abnormalities had a higher probability of atrial fibrillation than those with normal lowdensity lipoprotein(P<0.05).6.Factors affecting atrial fibrillation in patients with coronary heart disease: lowdensity lipoprotein, serum potassium, hemoglobin, ventricular septal thickness, left atrial anteroposterior diameter, and left ventricular end-diastolic diameter were the influencing factors of coronary heart disease complicated with atrial fibrillation(P<0.05).The risk of atrial fibrillation in patients with low-density lipoprotein abnormalities was 2.539 times higher than that in patients with normal low-density lipoprotein(OR=2.539,95% CI: 1.126-5.726);for every 1 mmol/L increase in serum potassium, coronary heart disease complicated with atrial fibrillation The risk increased by 2.414 times(OR=2.414,95% CI: 1.336~4.362);for every 1g/L of hemoglobin, the risk of coronary heart disease complicated with atrial fibrillation increased by 1.026 times(OR=1.026,95% CI: 1.006~1.047);For every 1 mm increase in interventricular septum thickness, the risk of coronary heart disease complicated with atrial fibrillation increased by 1.726 times(OR=1.726,95% CI: 1.383~2.155);for every 1 mm increase in left anterior and posterior atrial diameter, the risk of coronary heart disease complicated with atrial fibrillation increased by 1.092 times(OR=1.092,95% CI: 1.045~1.142);for every 1 mm increase in left ventricular end-diastolic diameter, the risk of coronary heart disease complicated with atrial fibrillation increased by 1.066 times(OR=1.066,95% CI: 1.003~1.133).Conclusion:1.Among the patients with coronary heart disease, there are 68 patients complicated with atrial fibrillation. So the incidence of coronary heart disease complicated with atrial fibrillation was 9.6%;2.Gender,age,heart rate,low-density lipoprotein, serum potassium, hemoglobin, uric acid, creatinine, urea nitrogen,IVST,LAD,LVPWT,LVEDD,LVEF have an effect on patients with coronary heart disease complicated with atrial fibrillation;3.High low-density lipoprotein, high potassium level, thick interventricular septum, and large left ventricular end-diastolic diameter are risk factors for coronary heart disease complicated with atrial fibrillation.
