Expression Of PTP1B And Sam68 And Their Significances In Colorectal Cancer | Posted on:2018-02-15 | Degree:Master | Type:Thesis | Country:China | Candidate:H L Yu | Full Text:PDF | GTID:2404330569985017 | Subject:Internal Medicine Gastroenterology | Abstract/Summary: | PDF Full Text Request | Objectives: 1)To investigate the expression of PTP1 B and Sam68 in human colorectal cancer and explore the role of its expression in colorectal cancer occurrence and development.2)To investigate the relationship of PTP1 B and Sam68 in human coloretal cancer.3)To investigate the relationship between the expression and clinical pathological feature. Methods: 1)Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of PTP1 B and Sam68 in 53 cases of colorectal cancer tissues and 20 cases of normal tissues and to analyze the association of PTP1 B and Sam68 expression with the clinicopathologic features of colorectal cancer;2)The expression of PTP1 B and Sam68 in simples from 12 cases 0f colorectal cancer tissues and matched adjacent nontumorous tissues was detected by Western blot. Results: 1)The results of immunohistochemistry demonstrated that that the PTP1 B and Sam68 protein positive expression rate in 53 cases of colorectal cancer was significantly higher than those in normol tissues(P<0.001).2)The expression of PTP1 B and Sam68 in colorectal cancer was related with the differentiation and TNM stage and lymphode matastasis(P < 0.05).3)The expression of PTP1 B and Sam68 were significantly positive correlated(r=0.463?P<0.001).4)Western blot showed that the PTP1 B and Sam68 protein expression of colorectal cancer was significantly higher than that of matched. Conclusions: The expression of PTP1 B and Sam68 protein may be related to the development, metastasis and invission of human colorectol cancer, and the synergistic effects may participate in the development of the colorectal carcinoma. | Keywords/Search Tags: | Colorectal cancer, PTP1B, Sam68, Immunohistochemistry, Western blot | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
