Objective:(1)To analyze the epidemiological situation of diabetic retinopathy(DR)in mainland China, and provide scientific basis for its prevention and control.(2)To explore the quality of life and its influencing factors among patients with diabetic retinopathy in Fuzhou.Methods:(1)Retrieving Wanfang Database,VIP,CBM,CNKI and Pub Med,Embase,Cochrane,Web of Science Database to collect relevant literature on epidemiological studies of diabetic retinopathy in mainland China residents. The epidemiological characteristics of diabetic retinopathy in mainland China were analyzed by Meta-analysis.The eligible studies were analyzed using R 3.4.3 and Revman 5.3.(2)A questionnaire survey was conducted on 160 cases of DR Patients in Fuzhou by the basic situation questionnaire, the Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale(HADS),the social support rating and Disease Specific Quality of Life(DSQL)of the patients with diabetes mellitus. The data was analyzed by SPSS and the influencing factors of quality of life were deduced.Result:(1)18 papers were eligible. The total sample content was 183396 cases. The prevalence rate of diabetic retinopathy was 1.69 %(95 % CI [1.29 %,2.13%]),accounting for 21.87%(95%CI [15.78%,28.63%])of diabetic patients. The difference in prevalence of diabetic retinopathy between genders was statistically significant, with OR = 0.86,95 % CI [0.75,0.98].The prevalence of diabetic retinopathy was 1.63%(95%CI [1.16%,2.18%])in the north China,1.80%(95%CI [1.04%,2.75%])in the south China.(2)The score of quality of life in the patients with diabetic retinopathy was 59.39 ± 11.20.The single factor analysis showed that there were significant differences in the score among occupation, degree of education, form of medical insurance, combined with other diabetic complications.Multiple linear regression analysis showed that there were significant differences in the score among life self-care ability, depression and anxiety,etc.Conclution:(1)The combined prevalence of diabetic retinopathy in mainland China is 1.69 %,and diabetic retinopathy accounts for 21.87 % of diabetic patients. The difference in prevalence of diabetic retinopathy between male and femal is statistically significant, and the prevalence of male DR is lower. The combined prevalence of diabetic retinopathy was 1.63% in the north China,1.80% in the south China. The proportion of patients with diabetic retinopathy in diabetes was 25.32% in the north China and 16.08% in the south China. There were many diabetic retinopathy patients in diabetes population. The examination of fundus functions should be strengthened.Early discovery, early diagnosis and early treatment should be done.(2)The quality of life of the patients with diabetic retinopathy is not ideal. The influencing factors include depression, work status, life self-care ability, combined treatment of traditional Chinese and Western medicine, sleep quality, anxiety,DR stage, family economy, education level,fall-sleep time.Life self-care ability, depression, anxiety and family economy affected the total score of quality of life and four dimensions.According to the influencing factors, corresponding intervention and treatment measures should be taken.
