Objective:The purpose of this study was to identify the correlation between antibiotics expoure and EGFR-TKIs Associated Rash in non-small-cell lung cancer,in order to provide reference for the prevention and preliminary explore the mechanisms of EGFR-TKIs Associated Rash.Methods:1.The clinical data of Patients with non-small-cell lung cancer who treated with EGFR-TKIs admitted to Fuzhou General Hospital of Nanjing Military during October 2010 to October 2017 were analyzed retrospectively. We record the occurrence of Rash, use of antibiotics and other clinical indictors by telephone follow-up or look up the case data.2.All statistical analyses were performed using SPSS23.0 software.Statistical significance was defined as P<0.05.The associations between antibiotics and EGFR-TKIs Associated Rash were analyzed by Pearson's chi-square(?2)test,Fisher's exact test. Results:Of all the 115 patients,64 patients had rash after receiving EGFR-TKIs treatment, the overall rash incidence was 55.7%.The results showed only the use of antibiotics was associated with the incidence of rash(P<0.05).of 29 patients had use of antibiotics 11 patients had rash, the rash incidence was 37.9%;of 86 patients had not use of antibiotics 53 patients had rash, the rash incidence was 61.6%.Further analysis of the relationship between the severity of rash and antibiotic use showed no statistical significance.Conclusions:EGFR-TKIs-induced rash is of high incidence, the use of antibiotics was associated with the incidence of rash.our study suggests that use of antibiotics may relieve the symptom of rash.
