Objective To evaluate the risk factors responsible for the occurance of thrombosis and pathological pregnancy in patients with antiphospholipid antibody positive systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE),we analyzed the data from 84 patients including, clinical manifestation and laboratory examinations and coexistence disease,so as to get a better understanding of the prevertion and early intervention of the disease. Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on 84 cases of anticardiolipin antibody positive SLE patients, who were hospitalized in Union Hospital of Fujian medical university between January 2010 and December 2016.The enrolled patients were devided in to two guoups depending on whether the thrombosis or pathological pregnancy events had happened.SPSS 19.0 statistical software was used in risk factors statistical analysis for thrombosis and pathological pregnancy. Results Of the 84 patients,36 cases occurred thrombosis,1 case showed reticular cyanosis,14 patients experienced pathological pregnancy,5 cases had both thrombosis and pathological pregnancy. The incidence of thrombosis or pathological pregnancy was 54.76%(46/84).,.There were no significant differences(P > 0.05)between these two groups in fibrinogen, infection,ANCA,white blood cells,complement,platelet,triglycerides,high-density lipoprotein cholesterol, apolipoprotein B and apolipoprotein B,Renault,hypertension,diabetes..While plasma D-dimer,smoking cases, cholesterol and LDL were significantly higher in thrombosis and pathological pregnancy guoup.(P<0.05).Using single factor Logistic regression analysis showed that the Ig M anti cardiolipin antibody,?2 glycoprotein I antibody were risk factors for thrombosis or pathological pregnancy in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus. Conclusion Ig M anti cardiolipin antibody,?2 glycoprotein I antibody may be the risk factors for thrombosis or pathological pregnancy in patients with Systemic lupus erythematosus.High levels of plasma D-dimer,hypercholesterolemia,low density lipoprotein cholesterol, and smoking habit correlate with high morbidity of thrombosis in in patients with Systemic lupus erythematosus.
