Objectives:(1)To explore the establishment of standard parts and standard parts of locking plate of limbs;(2)According to the virtual modeling of complex fractures around the knee,choose the most optimized locking plate standard parts;(3)Designing and 3D printing of floating navigation module according to the orientation of the locking plate and the placement of standard parts;(4)Place the Kirschner wire in the corpse specimen card and confirm that the Kirschner wire placement is consistent with the preoperative design.Methods:(1)The limbs of 11 domestic and foreign manufacturers,such as AO,Johnson,Jaima,Dabo,Chuangsheng,Waigao,Lebel,Guangchang,Aidil,Tyrone and Kanghui,are locked in the bone plates.(A total of 668 pieces)Thin slice CT scanning.Using Mimics14.0 software for 3D reconstruction,pinhole,nailless and nailboard image registration was established.The nails and nails are combined into standard parts.According to the manufacturer's lock plate part,lock plate name,the number of nail holes,left and right side of the classification and named as the standard parts library;(2)Thirteen adult knee arthroplasty samples were scanned by thin-section CT,3D reconstruction was performed in Mimics14.0 software,and virtual fractures were performed by three-dimensional editing with reference to AO C32 type of distal femur fracture and AO C23 type of tibial plateau fracture Modeling.The distal end of the femur and tibial plate locking plate standard imported using STL format file,through the rapid selection of moving,rotating and three-dimensional registration lock plate standard parts;According to the application of anatomy,the range of latches and the nails locating in the standard direction of locking rails were determined.The floating navigation module was designed and printed in a three-dimensional cutting and expanding manner.With the help of Kirschner wires,CT scan and three-dimensional reconstruction and preoperative three-dimensional three-dimensional graphics registration,preoperative and postoperative three-dimensional coordinates of the point of nail value,the absolute value of the difference between non-conforming nails and unqualified nail requirements,chi-square test accuracy.Results:(1)A total of 668 standard parts of the locking plate of the limbs were produced and classified into categories to be STL formatted to form a standard part library.(2)A total of 145 Kirschner wires were inserted into the joint cavity without Kirschner wire.(3)when the nail point accuracy ?1.5mm,?2=1.36,P > 0.05,and a pin point accuracy ? 1.8mm,?2=3.31,P > 0.05;The results of test showed that the specimens of tibia card,when the nail point accuracy is? 2.3mm,?2=3.32,P > 0.05,and a pin point accuracy ?3.5mm,?2=3.32,P > 0.05;(4)Three-dimensional editing method was used to make the virtual fracture.13 AO-C32 distal femur fractures and 13 AO-C23 tibial plateau fractures were completed.Conclusion:(1)Based on the standard parts library,according to the fractures of the femoral and tibial virtual fracture models,the standard parts library can quickly select a high degree of application,the best distribution of the nail passage(that is,the key fracture fragments can be fixed),the plate length is appropriate Meet the AO internal fixation principle)standard parts,to facilitate the clinical choice of internal fixation implants;(2)based on the concept of a standard library construction of the distal femoral and tibial plateau fractures fixation plan,through the 3D print floating navigation module In reality,the precise placement of fixtures.
