Objective:To evaluate the index of hypoxemia in patients with obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome?OSAHS?.Methods:The polysomnographic data of 101 OSAHS patients diagnosed by polysomnography sleep monitor and 16 cases of simple snoring were analyzed. The Mann-Whitney test was used to compare the time saturation of blood saturation?<90%,TS90%?with the OSAHS group compared with the OSAHS group;the TS 90%of the OSAHS group with different severity was compared.One-way analysis of variance was used;Spearman correlation analysis was used to evaluate the correlation between each group;apnea hypopnea index?AHI?and TS 90%,oxygen desaturation index?ODI?,minimum blood oxygen saturation were calculated. The correlation coefficients of Lowest oxygen saturation?LSpO2?and Body Mass Index?BMI?.The REM%,NREM1%,NREM2%,and NREM3%of the different levels of hypoxia in the OSAHS group?REM,NREM1,NREM2,and NREM3 sleep percentage respectively?were compared by one-way analysis of variance.Results:1.According to the AHI grouping, the BMI difference between different groups was statistically significant?F value were 8.188,P<0.01?.BMI was statistically different between simple-group and moderate-to-severe OSAHS groups. The significance of the study?P<0.01?,but there was no significant difference between the simple group and mild OSAHS group?P values were 0.055?.The differences in AHI,ODI,longest oxygen reduction,TS 90%,and mean hypopnea time between groups were statistically significant?P<0.01?,and the difference in LSpO2 between the groups was statistically significant?P<0.01?.2.The average snoring group's rank was 10.34,and the average of the OSAHS group was 66.71.There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups?P<0.01?.3.According to the AHI group, there were 21 mild cases,18 moderate cases,and62 severe cases. The TS90%in the mild, moderate, and severe OSAHS group were2.26±2.39,5.68±4.01,and 31.83±21.65,respectively.The differences were statistically significant?P<0.01?.According to the LSpO2 group,27 cases were mild,22 cases were moderate, and 52 cases were severe.TS90%in the mild, moderate, and severe OSAHS groups were 3.10±3.53,7.14±7.94,and 36.21±20.43,respectively.All were statistically significant?P<0.01?.4.The correlation coefficient between AHI and TS90%,ODI,and BMI were 0.805,0.946,and 0.243,respectively,which was statistically significant?P<0.01?.AHI was negatively correlated with LSpO2,with a correlation coefficient of-0.711,which was statistically significant?P<0.01?.5.According to the degree of hypoxia,it was divided into three groups:mild, moderate, and severe. There was no significant difference in total sleep percentage between the three groups during REM and NREM2?P values were 0.700 and 0.125,respectively?.The percentage of total sleep during the period of NREM3 sleep was statistically significant?P<0.01?.Conclusion:1.The assessment of the severity of hypoxia in OSAHS patients can not only consider a single index, but must be combined with ODI,LSpO2,and TS90%indicators to make a more comprehensive judgment of the degree of nocturnal hypoxemia in OSAHS patients.2.There are disorders of sleep structure in OSAHS patients, and their severity is closely related to the severity of the disease.3.AHI is positively correlated with BMI.With the increase of BMI,the severity of OSAHS is more serious.
