Object:Based on the team’s early research, acupuncture can affect the emotional centers, recover its regulating capacity, increase the of the diseased brain regions, improve effectively the depressive symptom and build the correlation with the blood oxygen degree in Considered the early research as a research starting point, the depressive disorder patients’(MDD)and the healthy persons’ brain regions as the study object, the total hemoglobin(TH),oxygenated hemoglobin(OH),deoxygenated hemoglobin(DH)concentration variation as the assessment criteria, this paper used the Fnirs to study the left dorsolateral prefrontal lobe of the MDD patient reaction on acupunction stimulation,in order to provide the reference frame of the acupuncture’s therapeutical effect on the depressive symptom. Methods:Divide the 30 standard MDD patients and healthy persons into two groups averagely, and then needling the EX-HNl(Sishengcong),RN12(zhongwan),RN6(Qihai),LI6(Hegu),LR3(Taichong),ST36(Zusanli),SP6(Sanyinjiao),HT7(Shenmen)in turn.We use the NINscan instrument to collect the Near infrared optical signals of human subjects and the MATLAB software to analysis the total hemoglobin(TH),oxygenated hemoglobin(OH),deoxygenated hemoglobin(DH)concentration variation and the variance between groups of data with the SPSS19.0 software.Result:1 The general data comparison of depression group and healthy control subjects like age, gender, were no statistically significant difference2 The total hemoglobin(TH),oxygenated hemoglobin(OH),deoxygenated hemoglobin(DH)concentration variation and the variance of depression group and were no statistically significant difference(P>0.05),the difference between the before and after acupuncture of TH,OH,DH concentration variation healthy control subjects were no statistically significant difference(P>0.05),so was the depression group’s TH concentration variation(P>0.05),but the DH concentration variation had declined obviously(P<0.01)and the OH increased(P<0.05).The difference between the depression group and healthy control subjects has the statistically significant difference(P<0.05 或 P<0.01).Conclusion:1 Acupuncture can improve the inhibited brain of the MDD patient by increasing OH blood oxygen degree and descending the DH blood oxygen degree in the left dorsolateral prefrontal lobe.2 The left dorsolateral prefrontal lobe of healthy control subjects don’t have the obvious reaction on acupunction, which indicated that the injured brain is an important factor for the acupuncture answer-response...
