The Clinical Study On The Malondialdehyde And Advanced Glycation End Products Of Shen Qi Fu Fang In Diabetes Patients To The Prevention And Treatment Of Macroangiopathy Based On The Theory Of Volt Evil

Objective:To observe the improvement of symptoms?the control of blood glucose and the influence on malondialdehyde(MDA)and advanced glycation end products(AGEs)in patients with diabetic by way of the addition and subtraction of Shen Qi compound.To observe the changes of symptoms?blood glucose?glycosylated hemoglobin?MDA and AGEs in patients.Evaluating the clinical efficacy of Shenqi compound intervention on AGEs,blocking metabolic memory and preventing and treating diabetic macroangiopathy.Methods:The total of 71 cases of the study were randomly divided into Chinese medicine treatment group and control group.The subgroup of treatment group contain 35 patients under the principle of random allocation,and the subgroup of control group contain 36 patients.The treatment group and the control group were treated with basic treatment of diabetes.In addition,the treatment group was treated with the TCM decoction ginseng-astragalus compound according to different syndromes.Both groups were treated for 12 weeks.The clinical symptoms,venous fasting blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,MDA and AGEs were observed before and after treatment.Results:(1)After treatment,the symptom scores and the syndrome effect in the treatment group and the control group were improved compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and there was a significant difference in the symptom scores and the syndrome effect between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).The treatment group could obviously improve the symptom scores and the syndrome effect of the patients.(2)After treatment,the fasting blood glucose and HbAlc in the treatment group and the control group were improved compared with before treatment(P<0.05).There were no significant difference in the fasting blood glucose and HbAlc between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).The improvement of blood glucose was not significantly different between the two groups.(3)After treatment,the levels of MDA and AGEs in the serum of the treatment group was lower than before,and there were improved compared with before treatment(P<0.05).The levels of MDA and AGEs in the serum of the control group was higher than before,and there were no significant difference(P>0.05).There were significantly improved of MDA and AGEs between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusions:The dialectical medicine using of Shenqi compound can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of diabetes,reduce the level of MDA and AGEs,alleviate the persistent damage to the large macrovascular.
