1.To study the age relationship between the age and the corneal biomechanics in healthy humanObjective: Using Corvis ST biomechanics intraocular pressure measuring instrument to explore the normal human corneal biomechanical differences in different ages. Methods: Randomly selected among normal healthy subjects(128 eyes)of 99 people with Scheimpflug Noncontact Tonometry(Corvis ST)and Pentacam analyzer measurement.Examined by the same operator for each eye with continuous measurement three times.According to the age,18 to 45 years old to young adults group(group 1),46-70 years of age for the elderly group(group 2),for more than 70 year old group(group 3).The comparison of corneal biomechanical parameters between different age groups was based on one-way ANOVA,and the Tamhane method was used for comparison between the groups.Pearson correlation analysis was used to test the correlation between age and corneal biomechanical properties, and P<0.01 was statistically significant. Results: 1.The young adults group(group 1)Pentacam measuring axial length was 23.92±1.23 mm,in the elderly group(group 2)ocular axial length was 24.50±1.19 mm,old age group(group 3)was 24.23±1.31 mm.there was no statistical difference between the three groups of ocular axial length(P > 0.05).2.Corvis ST measured by corneal biomechanical parameters of IOP,HC-time,DA in the difference between the three groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The rest of the parameters were not statistically significant.3.The three groups were compared between the Tamhane method in the IOP,DA and HC-time parameters: group 1 and group 3 were statistically significant in IOP(P=0.02,P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences between groups 2 and 3 in DA(P=0.01,P<0.05).The comparison between 1 and 2 groups and 3 groups showed statistically significant differences between the two groups in HC--time parameters(P <0.05).Correlation between age and corneal biomechanical parameters was analyzed in Corvis ST corneal biomechanical parameters, only HC-time was positively correlated with age(r=0.478,P<0.01).Conclusion: 1.There is no difference in axial length between different ages in normal human.2.Among normal people,IOP and DA are different in different age groups. It is shown that age is a basic factor in the change of biomechanics of cornea.3.With the increasing of age in normal human the biomechanical properties of corneal began to change, and HC-time was prolonged, indicating that the corneal adhesion decreased and the cornea was increased.2.The effect on corneal biomechanics between the two different corneal clear incision sizes. Objective: To study the current popular several clear corneal incision size influence on corneal aberrations after phacoemulsification, and discuss whether the corresponding changes of corneal biomechanical and relationship between the visual quality changing. Methods: Randomly collected the phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation was carried out in the patients with age-related cataract in our hospital from February 2018 to March 2018.According to the design surgical incision sizes without suture(2.2mm and 3.2mm),it was 2.2mm group(15 eyes)and 3.2mm group(14 eyes).Eye examinations were performed preoperative and postoperative 7 days,Corvis ST,AS-OCT and i Trace wavefront aberration analysis, recording all the parameters. Results: 1.There was no statistical significant differences between the parameters of the two groups before operation(P < 0.05).2.In the 7 days after surgery, only DA,LOA,tHOA,coma and trefoil were statistically different(P<0.05).No statistical difference was found in other parameters(P < 0.05).3.After 7 days of operation, the mean value of DA,LOA,t HOA,trefoil and the coma were higher than the 2.2mm group. Conclusion: 1.There were statistically significant differences in the biomechanical properties of corneal between groups of different sizes of clear corneal incisions at the early stage after phacoemulsification.2.At the early stage after phacoemulsification surgery, there was a statistically significant difference in partial corneal aberrations between groups with different sizes of corneal clear corneal incisions.3.Changes in the biomechanical properties of the cornea after phacoemulsification may change the size of the corneal aberrations.
