Cervical cancer is the second malignant gynecologic malignancy in the world today, which is a serious threat to women's health.Radiotherapy is one of the most important treatments for cervical cancer.Currently, the evaluation of therapeutic efficacy mainly depends on imaging examination. It is not easy to find distant metastases. The popularity of cytokine testing provides a useful reference for a comprehensive assessment of efficacy. This study focused on the factors affecting the serum levels of hypoxia-inducible factor-1?(HIF-1?)and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)before and after treatment of cervical cancer with volume-modulated radiation therapy plus afterloading, and the entire treatment of cervical cancer. The clinical significance of both monitoring of efficacy in the process.74 patients with advanced cervical cancer were used as the study object.Volume-modulated radiotherapy plus afterloading therapy was used.Radiotherapy was given concurrently with cisplatin sensitization protocol.Four ml of fasting venous blood were collected before and after treatment.ELISA was used to measure serum HIF-1? and VEGF levels, and statistical analysis was performed. The experimental results showed that the serum levels of HIF-1? and VEGF before and after treatment in patients with cervical cancer in the middle and advanced stages, and the levels of serum HIF-1? and VEGF in patients with sensitive cervical cancer before and after treatment were statistically significant(P<0.05).The serum levels of HIF-1? and VEGF in patients with cervical cancer in the middle and advanced stage were correlated with lymph node metastasis, tumor size, and TNM stage.Statistical multivariate analysis showed that serum HIF-1? in TNM staging and before and after treatment. The difference between VEGF and VEGF is an independent factor that influences the volume modulation and the short-term curative effect of afterloading radiotherapy. This study shows that the volume of HIF-1? and VEGF in patients with cervical cancer after volume-modulated treatment plus afterloading treatment is significantly reduced. The short-term efficacy of volume modulated treatment plus afterloading therapy for cervical cancer is related to serum HIF-1? and VEGF levels. After treatment, serum HIF-1? and VEGF levels decrease more significantly, and the short-term efficacy is better. This study has certain research significance and practical value for the evaluation and treatment of advanced cervical cancer.
