Autism spectrum disorder(ASD)is a generalized developmental disorder.ASD has added a huge burden to the country.The diagnosis,assessment and rehabilitation problem of ASD have attracted the attention of national leaders and people from all fields.Based on resting electroencephalograph(EEG),transcranial magnetic stimulation(TMS)and neurofeedback(NFB)technology,the diagnosis,assessment and the rehabilitation of brain regulation of ASD were studied in this paper.We aimed to provide EEG biomarker for ASD diagnosis and provide effective parameters for invasive brain modulation.The primary contents of this paper are as follows:We firstly proposed an improved global synchronization index of EEG method to evaluate the change of brain synchronism in children with ASD.The correlation matrix of EEG was established by using preprocessing EEG data,the Shannon entropy of the eigenvalues of the correlation matrix ware calculated.Then the degree of freedom is introduced to calculate the improved global synchronization index.The results revealed that the results of the two algorithms are consistent,and both show that the global synchronization of ASD was increased significantly.Therefore,the global synchronization might be an adequate biomarker for the diagnosis of ASD.We regulated ASD children by fusion of TMS and NFB techniques.We elaborately designed the stimulation position and parameters of TMS and the corresponding training protocols and parameters based on the characteristic of low function autistic children.Autism behavior scale scores ware used to evaluate the impact on behavior of ASD.EEG characteristic index wareused to evaluate the effect of interventions on electrophysiology of ASD.The results revealed that the behavior indicators and electrophysiological indexes of children with ASD were improved significantly after intervention.In terms of behavior,the scores of the language ability scale,the score of the social ability scale and the score of the total behavior scale were significantly decreased.In terms of electrophysiology,the relative power of delta was significantly reduced,and the relative power of the alpha band was significantly increased;the sample entropy and the permutation entropy of all brain regions in ASD children were increased;In the theta band,the connectivity between the frontal lobe and other brain regions is significantly reduced;in the alpha band,the connectivity between the frontal lobe and other brain regions is significantly enhanced.The behavioral evaluation and electrophysiological indexes of children with ASD were significantly improved after the regulation of internal and external fusion,so TMS-NFB intervention could be used as an effective method in the field of ASD clinical rehabilitation.
