Advances In The Research Of Apatinib In The Treatment Of Advanced Malignant Tumors

As a new anti-angiogenic drug,apatinib is one of the most recently introduced oral anticancer drugs.Apatinib is an inhibitor of vascular endothelial cell growth factor-2(VEGFR-2)and specifically inhibits the latter's tyrosine kinase activity,which in turn inhibits tumor angiogenesis and ultimately inhibits tumor growth.Initially apatinib is mainly used in clinical treatment of advanced gastric cancer,followed by the study of other malignancies found that apatinib on lung cancer,breast cancer,liver cancer and other malignant tumors significant effect.This article first briefly introduced the mechanism of action of apatinib,and then apatinib on a variety of malignant tumors in the review of research experiments to deepen the reader's understanding of this drug for clinical trials to give a reference,and hope for the choose of the treatment of malignant tumors.
