Exosomes are a kind of vesicular structure secreted by living cells, which contain proteins,mi RNA,m RNA and other components derived from matermal cells.Exosomes are important media for intercellular material exchange and information transduction.Tumor-derived exosomes can affect the immune state of the host through multiple mechanisms, resulting in immune escape of the tumor. The present study focuses on the regulation of tumor-derived exosomes on a variety of immune cells, including effects on the killing activity of NK cells, promotion of macrophage polarization, inhibition of T cell proliferation, induction of immunosuppressive cell differentiation etc.We aim to deepen the understanding of the interaction between tumor and immunity and to explore novel immunotherapeutic targets. |
