Objective: The clinical features of peripheral T-cell lymphoma(PTCL)were analyzed retrospectively to analyze the prognostic factors. The expression of histone deacetylase 1,2,3,and 10(HDAC1,2,3,and 10)in PTCL was detected.Explore its relationship with clinical features and its impact on prognosis.Methods:1 From January 2011 to November 2017,31 patients with PTCL diagnosed by immunohistochemistry from the Department of Pathology,Fourth Hospital of Hebei Medical University were included in the experimental group.Seven patients with reactive lymph node hyperplasia and five normal patients were selected as controls group.Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of HDAC1,2,3,and 10 in pathological tissues and benign tissues of PTCL patients. The expression of HDAC1,2,3,and 10 in different clinical features was analyzed.2 SPSS 21.0 software was used to statistically process experimental data. The test level was defined as statistically significant at P<0.05.Results:1.Factors related to clinical characteristics and prognosis: gender and IPI score.2.Immunohistochemistry results: The negative expression rates of HDAC1,2,3,and 10 in PTCL were 77.4%,19.4%,71.0%,and 87.1%,respectively;the positive expression rates were 22.6%,80.6%,29.0%,and12.9%,respectively.In the control group, the expression of HDAC1,2,3,and10 was negative. The positive rate of HDAC2 expression in PTCL was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the difference wasstatistically significant. The positive rates of HDAC1,3,and 10 in PTCL and control groups were different, but not statistically significant.3.There was no significant correlation between the expression of HDAC1,2,3,and 10 and the clinical characteristics of the patients.4.The three-years OS of HDAC 1,2,3,and 10 negative patients was63.9%,50.0%,61.4%,and 65.8%.The positive patients had 71.4%,71.7%,77.8%,and 75.0% of OS for three years, and the difference in survival was not statistically significant.Conclusions:1.Patients with HDAC1,2,3,10 positive expression in PTCL have better survival than negative patients.Although there is no statistical difference,HDAC1,2,3,10 may still be a good factor for prognosis.2.Gender and IPI scores are significantly associated with the prognosis of PTCL.Men and IPI scores(intermediate and high risk)are poor prognostic factors.3.HDAC1,2 and 3 are highly expressed in PTCL,which provides a good demonstration for the use of cildiapirin in PTCL patients.
