Vestibular neuritis(VN)is one of the most common causes of acute spontaneous vertigo,after the incidence of benign paroxysmal positional vertigo(BPPV)and Meniere's disease.Its pathogenesis may be related to the infection of the virus.With the emergence of a new type of vestibular function tests,such as head pulse test,vestibular evoked potential,and so on,we have a further understanding on the vestibular neuritis.This review focuses on the etiology,clinical feature,antidiastole,vestibular function examination and treatment of vestibular neuritis,puts forward the problems existed in the present treatment of vestibular neuritis,in order to provide the level of diagnosis and treatment of vestibular neuritis?...
