Objective:This study is to observe the clinical effects of chronic hepatitis b under the guidance of “Yin With Yang Theory Of Liver ”.To confirm the advantage of "Yin With Yang Theory Of Liver " theory in treating chronic hepatitis b viral hepatitis, and explore the new ideas and methods for the treatment of this disease. Methods:To Choose 72 patients with chronic hepatitis B and divided them into control group and treatment group of 36 cases randomly. Both groups were treated with hepatic protector and antiviral therapy. The control group was added with polyene phosphatidyl choline capsule. The treatment group was treated with traditional essential prescription of "nourishing the liver, supporting the liver function " under the guidance of “Yin With Yang Theory Of Liver ”.The course of treatment is 3months.To observe the clinical symptoms and signs, liver function,HBV-DNA,and HBV changes of patients before and after taking the medicine, and to evaluate the therapeutic effect according to the corresponding diagnostic criteria. Finally carrying it out statistical treatment.Result:1.There was no statistical difference between the two groups of patients before treatment(P<0.05),and there was no abnormal condition found in the two groups of safety indexes.2.Evaluation of efficacy:The effectiveness of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment group was 94.44%,preceding the effectiveness of control group of80.55%.And there was a statistical difference(P < 0.05).The clinical comprehensive efficiency of the treatment group was 86.11%,preceding the effectiveness of control group of 72.22%(P < 0.05).3.Improving liver function:ALT,AST and GGT of the treatment group were significantly reduced after treatment(P < 0.01).There was no significant change before and after treatment in TBIL(P>0.05).ALT and GGT of the control group were significantly reduced after treatment. The AST is declined in a general way(P <0.05).There was no significant change in TBIL(P>0.05).The treatment group was significantly superior to the control group in improving AST(P <0.01).To sum up in conclusion,Both the treatment group and the control group could improve the liver function, and the treatment group was superior to the controlgroup in improving AST.4.The aspect of Antiviral:There is no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05)about the number of HBV.There is no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).5.Transfering of HBsAg and HBeAg:After treatment,One patient is transferred in HBsAg,One patient is transferred in HBeAg(P>0.05).There is no transferring of HBsAg in the control group. And one patient is transferred in HBeAg(P >0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Clinical research shows that traditional essential prescription of "nourishing the liver, supporting the liver function " improve the clinical symptoms of patients with chronic hepatitis b effectively under the guidance of “Yin With Yang Theory Of Liver ”.And there is obvious effect on improving liver function and promoting liver recovery. The theory is an effective and safe method for the treatment of the disease and has important clinical significance.
