| Depression is a common disease in modern society.At present,China has 90 million patients.The world health organization has concluded that depression will be the second most common disease by 2020.With the acceleration of social rhythm,the high incidence of depression remains high.Under such a social context,media reports on depression have gradually increased.Based on health communication perspective,using the methods of text analysis,content analysis.Try to analyze the representative media official micro-blog depression content report on micro-blog platform,and cluster the analysis of the audience reviews under the sample micro-blog.Through the interaction of the media and the user,it reveals that the problems of media on the microblog platform and put forward countermeasures.The study found that the contents of depression on party media and metropolitan newspaper media on the Weibo platform focused on individual case reports,which were guided by events,followed by the content of knowledge and information presentation of depression,the content of prevention and treatment is relatively small.In the framework analysis,the characteristics of “vague problem definition,” “shallow level causal explanation,” “dangerous negative moral evaluations,” and “weak vacancy processing recommendations” are presented.In the analysis of the subject of audience comment,it is found that the audience has constructed eight themes according to the reports of media officials.The three commentary themes of “pessimistic negative”,“call attention to mental health” and “complaining lack of medical resources” are significant.After analyzing the theme of media and the cognition of the audience,it can be concluded that the audience has insufficient cognitive abilities for the public health problem of depression.Based on the above analysis of media on microblog platform for depression,It is pointed out that the problems of media coverage in the field of health communication are concentrated on he lack of awareness of the role of the communicators,the unsustainable concern of the unitary coverage of depression,and the serious lack of professional medical content.It also puts forward some Suggestions to optimize the report on the existing problems,so that the media can play a better role in the field of health communication in the whole media era. |
