Objective: To analyze the clinical data of non functioning pancreatic neuroendo crine neoplasm(NF pNENs),for further knowledge,diagnosis and treatment of the disease.Materials and Methods: Medical records,imaging and pathological result were collected from 21 non functioning pancreatic neuroendocrine neoplasms patients in the Shengjing Hospital of China Medical University from September 2011 to January 2017.Follow up data were retrospectively analyzed.Results: Most of 21 cases were showing clinical symptoms of abdominal pain,uncomfortable and abdominal mass,8 of them had no obvious symptoms.All of 21 patients received surgery treatment,in the postperative follow-up,the follo w-up time ranges from 3 to 66 months,with 25 months as the median.19 patients were alive,18 patients with no recurrence after regular check-up,1 patie nt with death,and 1 patient was lost in the follow-up.Conclusion: Pancreatic neuroendocrine neoplasms lack of specific clinical symp toms,Highly differentiated neuroendocrine tumors are common,preoperative combined CT?MRI and EUS imaging examination,help to improve early diagnosis,detection of metastases and preoperative evaluation of this disease.The surgery is the most useful treatment of non-functioning pNENs patients,most of the patients recovered well postoperatively,and they should be long-term follow-uped after surgery...
