| Objective:The purpose of the study is researching the different expression of CD1a~+CD833~+DC cells between papillary thyroid carcinoma(PTC)and benign thyroid disease,and discussing the function of the DC cell in the thyroid disease occur and development.Methods:We studied 50 patients(10males and 40 females including 20 patients with lymphatic metastasis,age from 21 to 65 years old)with PTC and 50 patients(8males and42 females,age from 26 to 81 years old)with benign thyroid disease those who received the treatment in the First Hospital of China Medical University.All of the patients were diagnosed and treated for the first time and were diagnosed by pathological examination.The pathological pattern was dis tinguished by hematoxylin eosin staining and the expression of CD1a~+CD833~+DC cell was detected by immunohistochemical staining method.Then analyzed the final data with SPASS 20.0 and Image J software.Result:1.The expression of DC cells in papillary thyroid carcinoma(PTC)is significantly different from benign thyroid disease(P<0.05).2.The expression of DC cells in patients with lymphatic metastasis is significantly different from the normal PTC patients and it is not associated with age,sex,tumor diameter(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.The expression of CD1a~+CD833~+DC cells is higher in PTC than benign thyroid disease which means DC cells may relate to the development and progression of PTC.2.The expression of DC cells in the group of PTC with lymphatic metastasis is lower than normal PTC patients 3.The expression of DC cell increases first and then decreases which means with the progression of PTC,the DC cell is inhibited.In this way,the proliferation of cancer cell is faster and the illness is deterioration. |
