Objective: Application of neural response telemetry,investigate the cochlear deafness patients after implantation,the stimulation evoked auditory nerve compound action potentials(ECAP)between different parts of the existence of differences,whether there are differences in function patterns of spread of neural excitation and spread of neural excitation width in different positions and different stimulus intensities of stimulation.Methods: The NRT software was used to detect the number 5,10,15 of 8 Nuclear CIR(CA)pre deafness cochlear implants,respectively.The amplitude growth function was linear fitted to determine the amplitude,threshold,slope of the amplitude growth function and the spread of neural excitation width,and the difference was analyzed according to the apical,middle,basal of the cochlea.8 cases of cochlear implant patients were treated with cochlear multi-slice spiral CT and three-dimensional reconstruction.Results: At different locations,the threshold of ECAP decreased from the basal of the cochlea to the apical of the cochlea.The amplitude of ECAP increased from the basal of the cochlea to the apical of the cochlea.The slope of the amplitude of ECAP increased from the basal of the cochlea to the apical of the cochlea.In the case of equal stimulation,the different positions have no obvious influence on the function patterns of spread of neural excitation,and all of them are asymmetrical.From the basal of the cochlea to the apical of the cochlea.,the spread of neural excitation width is increasing.When the electrode position is fixed,the spread of neural excitation width is gradually increased with the increase of the intensity of the stimulation.Conclusions: For the prelingual cochlear implant,stimulation of different parts of ECAP generated by the amplitude,threshold,slope of the amplitude growth function and spread of neural excitation width.There was obvious difference in different parts have no obvious effect on the function patterns of spread of neural excitation,there are significant differences on cochlear nerve stimulation intensity in the same position spread of neural excitation width.There was a significant correlation between the function patterns of spread of neural excitation,and the location and the state of the cochlear implanted electrode after operation.The multi-slice spiral CT and three-dimensional reconstruction were applied.
