Objective: Cerebrovascular disease is one of the three major diseases that seriously threaten human health and is one of the major causes of disability and death in the world.It has high incidence,high morbidity,high mortality and high recurrence rate,and increases year by year.The increase is higher than malignant tumors and cardiovascular disease.In China,with great harm,its morbidity,morbidity and mortality rank the first place.Therefore,obtaining the anatomical information of cerebral vessels is critical for the research and treatment of the disease.In this study,spontaneously hypertensive rats(SHR)and stroke susceptible rats(SHRsp)as well as the normal rats(Wistar rats)are used to reveal brain vascular anatomical morphology and blood flow changes.Then a world's higher precision digital database of brain blood vessel of the stroke rats will be established based on the information.Methods:1?SCANCO MicroCT scanning was used to reconstruct the cerebral vascular model: The head of the rat,which was treated with decalcification,was scanned by SCANCO MicroCT that named model ?CT100 cabinet cone-shaped beam MicroCT to obtain the original fault pictures,then the three-dimensional image data of the brain blood vessels in the target area were reconstructed by using this tomography,and the dynamic video data was further synthesized.2?Digital collection and reconstruction of cerebrovascular anatomy information:For the three kinds of rat's anatomy digital database of brain blood vessels in this study,based on freezing milling after vascular perfusion technical route,using high precision automatic carving-milling machine for continuous submillimeter(0.01mm)carving-milling of rat brain in each group,the high pixel image(effective pixel 60 million,the highest resolution dpi: 6708 x 8956)was collected and stored to constructthree kinds of rat brain digital anatomical database,then the obvious cerebrovascular perfusion was disposed by the Belgian Mimics 14.11 interactive medical image data control system software for segmentation and reconstruction of the three-dimensional vascular model of rat brain blood vessels of internal carotid artery,vertebral artery,basilar artery and willis annulation.Results: Based on digital anatomy data set,we did a research on the anatomical structure ofinternal carotid artery,vertebral artery,basilar artery and willis annulation,we established the normal physiological and pathological state of blood vessels model,implemented visualization of different types of brain blood vessels,set up a rat digital virtual simulation three-dimensional cerebrovascular anatomy database of stroke.Conclusions: This research provides a new method for further study of origin development and of cerebrovascular disease,it can explain the anatomy change of physiology and pathology more accurately and visually,the information provided will further promote the basic research and clinical application of cerebrovascular disease.At the same time,we have a further understanding of the structure and physiological function of three kinds of rat model of brain blood vessels,and this study which provides an important morphological and anatomical basis for experimental animal anatomy,provides a good source of data to establish experimental animal digital library.
