The 21 st century is a century of the brain,and the research of Brainnetome is currently one of hotspots in the field of neuroscience.The analysis method of Brainnetome has been widely applied to the study of various kinds of brain damage,and offers the supports for the early diagnosis and the late rehabilitation of brain disease.In this paper,theconstruction of brain functional network in epilepsy based on auditory perceptionwas implemented by using the EEG data,the differences of network's topological properties between epilepsy group and healthy controls were analyzed bythesimulation comparison,and the differences of functional connectivity and Hub node in the brain functional network between the two groups was studied.The innovation of this article lies in the topological properties and functional connectivity of brain function network in epilepsy based on auditory perception was researched,provided specific parameters to cognize the pathological mechanism of epilepsyunder the auditory perception;combined source reconstruction to dynamic build network with analysis of Hub node to research the differences of the Hub node in brain function network between epilepsy group and healthy controls in the period of N1 and P2,which contributed to locate lesions of epilepsy and had a important clinical significance in early diagnosis and late rehabilitation treatment for epilepsy.Theprincipalresearchofthisarticleisorganizedasfollows:(1)The specific research process of brain functional network in epilepsybased on auditory perception was designed.The experimental paradigm of EEG signal acquisition was designed,the subjects were selected and EEG signal acquisition was completed.On this basis,data preprocessing and time-frequency analysis of signals was implemented.(2)The building process of brain functional network based on the surface of scalp was analyzed and the correlation between the electrode channels was calculated,the network's thresholdwas calculatedand selectd.On this basis,the brain functional network wasbuilt and the differences of the network's topological properties between TLE group and healthy controls were completedbythe simulation comparison.(3)The differences analysis of functional connectivity in the brain functional network was completed between TLE patients and healthy controls.Implementation and the differences analysis of functional connectivity was completed between TLE patients and healthy controls on the basis of the brain functional network which constructed based on the scalp surface.The construction of brain functional network based on the cerebral cortex was completed by the source reconstruction,implementation and the differences analysis of functional connectivity was completedbetween TLE patients and healthy controls in the period of N1 and P2 bybuilding dynamic network.(4)The differences analysis of Hub node in the brain functional network was completed between TLE patients and healthy controls.The characteristics of Hub node in the brain function network were studied,and the calculation of the Hub node was defined according to these characteristics.On this basis,Hub nodes was calculated and the differences analysis of Hub nodes was completed between TLE patients and healthy controls in brain function network based on SL.Hub nodes was calculated and the differences analysis of Hub nodes was completedin the period of N1 and P2 between TLE patients and healthy controls in brain function network based on PLV.
