Objectives:To analaysize the CDH fetus EXIT surgery datas which is done by the Department of Pediatric Surgery,Affilicated Tongji Hospital previously and to summarize EXIT advantages, experience and lessons. Methods:The clinical datas of eight cases(including six cases of the left congenital diaphragmatic hernia and two right ones),admitted from January 2015 to January 2017 in the Department of Pediatric Surgery,Affilicated Tongji Hospital, were respectively analysized. Results:Six were alive, two patients died in the neonatal period, one of whom died because of respiratory dysfunction and the other died as a result of severe pneumonia and feeding difficulty. Two cases recurred and had an operation again who had a good recovery after operation. Two cases were diagnosed with adhesive intestinal obstruction after operation and were both cured in conservative treatment methods. Conclusions:Intrapartum diaphragmatic repair has its unique advantages by preventing abdominal organs from herniating into the thoracic cavity and oppressing the lungs, however, postoperative common complications can occur now and then, for example, recurring diaphragmatic hernia and adhesive intestinal obstruction.Especially for severe congenital diaphragmatic hernia, the mortality is very high even if it had been made a diaphragmatic repair. For these fetus,it should be debated about whether it is necessary to take other prenatal measures.
