| Objective: To investigate the physical distribution of cerebral vasculopathy through statistical investigation of the type of constitution of patients with cerebral vascular disease,and to analyze the association between the pathogenesis of each subtype,disease severity,distribution of lesions,and physical distribution.Through Qualitative Conditioning from the Perspective of TCM Constitution Theory provide a theoretical basis for prevention and treatment of cerebral vascular disease.Methods:Included 216 cases of cerebral vascular disease in our hospital from July2017 to February 2018,Through a clinical questionnaire survey,In accordance with the "TCM Constitution classification and determination table" for its physical classification,and use SPSS23.0 software for statistical analysis.Results:1 the 216 patients with cerebral vascular disease,94(43.52%)were males and122(56.48%)were females.The ratio of male to female was 1:1.30,and the chi-square test was P=0.57>0.05.There was no statistical distribution of gender in the disease.The age range of the included cases was 25-88 years old with an average age of 64.70 ± 12.51 years;there were 10 young patients,52 middle-aged patients,and154 elderly patients,with a chi-square test P<0.01,and the age was significantly different from the distribution of the disease.the highest incidence is the elderly.2 the 216 patients with cerebral vascular disease,215 patients had lacunar infarct imaging findings,165 patients had whitening brain imaging,and 9 patients had cerebral microhemorrhage imaging.There was an increase in perivascular space.There were 146 patients with imaging findings;196 patients with simple lacunar infarction,164 patients with lacunar infarction with leukoaraiosis,146 patients with lacunar infarction with perivascular septal enlargement,and leukoaraiosis There were117 patients with enlarged perivascular space,116 patients with lacunar infarction complicated by leukoaraiosis with enlarged perivascular space,and 5 patients in all four cases.3 There were 124 cases of single constitution type in the distribution of constitution type of cerebral vascular disease and 92 cases of patients with connexinopathy.Among the 216 patients in the main physical type distribution,there were 79 cases(36.57%)of pacification,37 cases(17.13%)of qi deficiency,29 cases of yang deficiency(13.43%),and 28 cases of qi stagnation(12.96%).Less than 15 patients of other constitution types.4 In terms of gender distribution,there was a statistically significant difference between men’s peace and other biased constitutions;there was a statistically significant difference between women’s peace and yin deficiency,phlegm,damp heat,and blood stasis.There were statistically significant differences in the gender of 92 patients with schizophrenia,with more women than men.In terms of age distribution,the elderly patients had statistically significant differences in the distribution of peacefulness and biased physical fitness,and the distribution of biased physique was dominant;compared with other biased physiques,the peace of middle-aged patients was not statistically significant except for qi stagnation.It is statistically significant with other constitutions.Compared with other biased constitutions,the elderly patients had statistically significant differences with other constitutions in addition to their qi-deficiency without statistical significance.In the distribution of body mass index,there was a statistically significant difference in the distribution of single body mass and double body mass for normal weight patients,with a single body mass distribution;the normal mass of patients with normal body weight was significantly different from other constitutions;the difference was statistically significant;Compared with other physical constitutions,patient peace quality was statistically significant with other biased constitutions except that there was no statistical difference between qi deficiency and yang deficiency.5 In the distribution of disease severity,mild patients had a statistically significant difference in the distribution of a single constitution and a constitution with a single constitution;mild patients had a statistically significant difference compared with other constitutions,mild patients are predominantly distributed.6 In the distribution of the number of lesions in patients with lacunar infarction,there was a statistically significant difference between mild patients and yin deficiency,phlegm,dampness,heat and blood stasis.There was no statistically significant difference between moderate patient’s mildness,qi deficiency and qi stagnation,but there was statistically significant difference with other biased physical distribution.There was no statistically significant difference between the severity of the severe patient and the qi deficiency,but there was a statistically significant difference between the distribution of the other patients and the other subjects.In the location of lacunar infarct lesions,the distribution of the anterior circulation blood supply was statistically significant in the distribution of single constitution and the constitution of the sandwich,with a single constitution distribution as the main factor.There was statistically significant difference in the distribution of temperamental and biased constitutions,mainly in the distribution of biased constitutions;in the distribution of nine constitutions,there was a statistically significant difference in the constitution of peace and other eight kinds of constitutions.Mainly based on a single physical distribution7 Leukoaraiosis:In the distribution of statisticallysignificant in the distribution of disease severity with yin deficiency,qi deficiency,blood stasis,qi stasis,and peace Significance: The deep white matter in patients with yang deficiency distribution of temperamental and biased constitutions in secondary patients,which was dominated by the distribution of biased constitutions.Compared with other biased constitutions,there was a cerebral vascular disease is elderly patients,and there is no difference in the distribution of male and female patients.2 The constitution of patients with cerebral vascular disease was distributed in a single constitution type;the distribution of major constitution types was the most distributed among patients with mild and moderate quality,and the distribution of mostly constitution was qi deficiency,yang deficiency,and qi stagnation.3 The male patients with cerebral vascular disease are mainly distributed in peace and quality,and the female patients are mainly calm and qualitative,qi deficiency,yang deficiency,and qi stagnation.The middle-aged patients were mainly calm and qi stagnant;The elderly patients were classified as having calm quality and qi deficiency.Patients with normal body weight were mainly composed of a single physicaldistribution,mainly in the distribution of the level of peace and quality;patients with overweight were mainly patients with peacefulness,qi deficiency,and yang deficiency.4 The severity of deep white matter leukoaraiosis is related to the constitution of TCM,and the condition of patients with yang deficiency is heavier.5 The lacunar infarct circulatory site is mainly composed of mild and qualitative distribution,and the posterior circulation site is mainly composed of calm mass,qi deficiency,yang deficiency,qi stagnation,yin deficiency,and phlegm and dampness distribution;cerebral white matter osteoporosis is lateral to the ventricle The main distribution is mildness and quality distribution.The deep white matter is dominated by mildness,qi deficiency,and schistosomiasis.The perivascular gap enlarges the basal ganglia area mainly by the mildness and mass distribution. |
