| Objective: The application of rhubarb in the evidence-based medicine with the randomized treatment of ICU failure in hospitalized patients with gastrointestinal(RCT)is to analysize of the relevant literature data,to evaluate the quality of the clinical curative effect of gastrointestinal function failure using meta analysis method analysis of rhubarb be used on ICU inpatients.To evaluate,rhubarb can prevent ICU failure in hospitalized patients with gastrointestinal,treatment of rhubarb on ICU hospitalized patients with gastrointestinal function failure to provide a strong evidence of evidence-based medicine.Methods: To retrieve the biomedical database home and abroad through the computer works,which including Chinese CNKI,Wanfang,CBM;English database including Pub Med,EMBASE,Cochrane and library.Locking the make relevant key words study on the extraction of effective outcome data,across the board screened from the literature data accord with standard and,is to evaluate the quality of the included studies literature test,study on the extraction of effective outcome data,on the basis of the Cochrane collaboration Cochrane Handbook 5.1recommended "bias risk assessment tools,analyze the data by Rev Man 5.3software,useing the relative risk value(OR)to balance the count data and when the continuous variable data is used to analyze the mean difference,both with 95% confidence intervals.Onle the inclusion criteria of the study Generated random sequence distribution,random concealment method,whether there is a blind application of the research object and intervention,or the assessment result Shienor is blind,integrity of the outcome data(lost),the possibility of selective reporting of results and if there may be other 7 aspects of the source of bias methodology quality evaluation.Result:1.in the acute stress gastrointestinal mucosal lesions with hemorrhage occurred in this study: a total of 6[1-3,5,7-8]of acute gastrointestinal mucosal lesions with hemorrhage were observed,the total number of cases in 730 cases,379 cases in the treatment group,351 cases in the control group,the results showed that the Chinese Herb Rhubarb intervention compared to modern medicine conventional therapy in the treatment of acute stress gastrointestinal mucosal lesions with hemorrhage possesses obvious advantages.2.toxic enteroparalysis: This study consists of 4[1-3,7]were observed on the occurrence of toxic enteroparalysis,the total number of cases in566 cases,297 cases in the treatment group,269 cases in the control group,the results showed that the toxicity of intestinal paralysis rhubarb intervention in contrast with modern medicine conventional therapy for the prevention and treatment of ICU patients the occurrence gets obvious advantages.3.multiple organ failure(MODS)occurs: the study consists of 4[1,3,7-8]study was carried out on the occurrence of MODS,the total number of cases in 526 cases,277 cases in the treatment group,249 cases in the control group,the results showed that the Chinese Herb Rhubarb intervention compared with modern medicine conventional treatment has obvious advantages on the prevention and treatment of MODS.4.gastrointestinal failure aspect: in this study,a total of 4[3-5,8]studies on gastrointestinal failure were observed,the total number of cases in 395 cases,198 cases in the treatment group,197 cases in the control group,the results showed that the Chinese Herb Rhubarb intervention compared with modern medicine conventional therapy has obvious strengths for the prevention and treatment of gastrointestinal failure party mask.5.mortality: in this study,a total of 4[4,6-8]were observed to study the mortality rate,the total number of cases in 597 cases,308 cases in the treatment group,289 cases in the control group,results showed that the mortality of rhubarb intervention compared with modern medicine conventional treatment in ICU patients.The rate has clear advantages.6.within the 7 day of intra-abdominal pressure(IAP)varieties: a total of 2[1,8]changes in the study for the 7 days IAP values were observed,the total number of cases in 129 cases,69 cases in the treatment group,60 cases in the control group,the results teastified that the Chinese Herb Rhubarb intervention compared with modern medicine conventional therapy on improving ICU patients for 7 days IAP value change has palpable advantages.7.in the ICU ward hospitalization: a total of 3[1-2,8]were observed in ICU ward hospitalization duration,the total number of cases in 209 cases,109 cases in the treatment group,100 cases in the control group,the results proved that traditional Chinese medicine rhubarb intervention compared to modern medicine conventional treatment has evident advantages in reducing the ICU patients kept in ICU ward.8.gastrointestinal failure duration: a total of 3[1,2,7]study was carried out on gastrointestinal function failure duration,the total number of cases in 495 cases,261 cases in the treatment group,234 cases in the control group,the results revealed that traditional Chinese medicine rhubarb intervention compared with modern medicine conventional treatment to reduce the gastrointestinal failure duration has apparent advantages.9.safety evaluation,there were no 1 articles about safety and adverse reactions reported in the 8 articles of this study.Therefore,the safety of Rhubarb in the prevention and treatment of gastrointestinal failure in ICU inpatients is not yet judged.Conclusion:1.Rhubarb on the prophylaxis and treatment of ICU hospitalized patients with gastrointestinal function failure in acute gastrointestinal mucosal lesions with hemorrhage,multiple organ failure,gastrointestinal failure,7 days of intra-abdominal pressure(IAP)changes,toxic ileus,ICU ward hospitalization,mortality rate,has obvious advantages of gastrointestinal failure duration.2.The safety of the prevention and treatment of gastrointestinal function failure in ICU inpatients can not be judged by rhubarb.3.In the future,the quality of research on Rhubarb in the prevention and treatment of gastrointestinal failure in ICU hospitalized patients still needs to improve,with the larger sample and more randomized controlled clinical trials will welcome the farther elevation to the credibility of the conclusion. |
