Correlation Between Obstructive Sleep Apnea Hypopnea Syndrome And Arrythmia Occurring All Day And All Night

Objective:This study aims at gathering the clinical data of 127 patients with nocturnal sleep snoring,analyzing the general and clinical features of OSAHS and simple snoring patients.Furthermore,the occurrences of arrhythmia of OSAHS sample patients in all day?24h?and all night?7h?were analyzed to explore the possible causes and influencing factors of atrial and ventricular arrhythmia of OSAHS patients,to provide ideas for prevention and treatment.Methods:A total of 127 patients with nocturnal sleep snoring who were hospitalized at the Second Hospital of Tianjin Medical University from January 2016 to February 2018were involved into this study.All the patients were tested by polysomnograph and Holter.The participants were divided into two groups based on AHI:96 patients with AHI?5 as OSAHS group and 31 patients with AHI<5 as the simple snoring group.We analyzed the general and clinical conditions,the occurrences of arrhythmia all day?24h?and all night?7h?of the two groups.OSAHS patients were further grouped by atrial arrhythmia and ventricular arrhythmia respectively,to analyze.Results:1.General conditions comparison between OSAHS group and the simple snoring group:the age,married ratio,ESS score,proportion of hypertension,BMI,LVMI,total cholesterol,triglyceride,LDL-c,uric acid in OSAHS group were all higher than the simple snoring group,HDL-c was lower,the differences all had statistics meaning?P<0.05?.2.PSG indices comparison between OSAHS group and the simple snoring group:MSaO₂?LSaO₂ were both lower than the simple snoring group,average time of apnea,longest time of apnea,TS90%were all higher than the simple snoring group,the differences all had statistics meaning?P<0.05?.3.The occurrences of arrhythmia between OSAHS group and the simple snoring group:in OSAHS group,the incidence of arrhythmia?75.0%?all day was significantly higher than the simple snoring group?P<0.05?.Tachyarrhythmias were more commen in OSAHS group,especially PAC?59.4%?and PVC?44.8%?,which incidences were significantly higher than the simple snoring group?P<0.05?.The incidence of arrhythmia in OSAHS patients all night was 65.5%,which was significantly higher than the simple snoring group?6.5%?,the incidences of PAC?42.7%?and PVC?14.6%?all night were both higher than the simple snoring group,the differences all had statistics meaning?P<0.05?.4.AA group vs.NAA group and NA group vs.NNA group:logistic multivariate regression analysis shows,TS90%and MSaO₂ are not the independent risk factors for ocurrence of atrial arrhythmia all day of OSAHS patients,TS90%was the independent risk factor?OR=1.052,95%CI1.015-1.090?for ocurrence of atrial arrhythmia all night of OSAHS patients.5.AV group vs.NAV group and NV group vs.NNV group:logistic multivariate regression analysis shows,TS90%was the independent risk factor?OR=1.056,95%CI1.017-1.097?for ocurrence of ventricular arrhythmia all day of OSAHS patients,and also the independent risk factor?OR=1.046,95%CI1.010-1.084?for ocurrence of ventricular arrhythmia all night.Conclusions:1.Patients with OSAHS have a relatively higher incidence in sleep snoring people,OSAHS are common in 31-60 years old person.Married ratio,ESS score,proportion of hypertension,BMI,LVMI,total cholesterol,triglyceride,LDL-c,HDL-c,uric acid,mean duration of apnea,maximum duration of apnea,MSaO₂?LSaO₂?TS90%are all associated with OSAHS.2.Compared with the simple snoring group,the incidences of arrhythmia all day and all night are both relatively higher in OSAHS group.3.TS90%is the independent risk factor for ocurrence of atrial arrhythmia all night of OSAHS patients,but the relationship between TS90%and ocurrence of atrial arrhythmia all day is unclear.4.TS90%is the independent risk factor for ocurrence of ventricular arrhythmia all day of OSAHS patients,and all night,too.
