Objective:This experiment was to research relationship between the infection of EBV and the expression of cytokines in type B thymoma,to further explore the correlation of infection and disease,based on the results of different grouping contrast,studies of EB virus infected myasthenia gravis with thymoma and thymic tumor,the connection between the EBV for subsequent research on the pathogenesis of thymoma and function in the development of lay the foundation.Methods:Collect the tissue samples of patients with type B thymoma,to extract total RNA and reverse transcription of cDNA,to extract total RNA and reverse transcription of cDNA,by PCR technique to detect type B thymus epstein-barr virus gene expression in tumor tissue and detection of IL-1,IL-6,IL-10,TGF-? and EBER 1 gene,respectively study the levels of various cytokines in thymic tumor tissue and epstein-barr virus infections,and collect some patients serum samples,by ELISA technology,detect the presence of epstein-barr virus infection in serum of these patients,further confirmed the EBV infection.In addition,due to the correlation between coagulation and tumor pathogenesis,the plasma FM level was also detected to determine whether the coagulation function of ebv infection was changed.The correlation between the expression of cytokines in b-type thymoma and the relationship between EBV infection and the myasthenia gravis was studied by comparing the results.Results:Type B thymoma each type of grouping autoimmune diseases and the combining between MG also no difference(P > 0.05),IL-1 in type B in each subtype of thymic tumor expression,EBV infection has no statistical significance(P > 0.05),and also between myasthenia gravis has no statistical significance(P > 0.05).There were statistically significant differences between the stages of type B thymus adenoma and il-1(P<0.05),and IL-1 positive rate III = stage III >II >I period.Il-6 was highly expressed in the combined MG patients,and there was a statistical significance(P<0.05)between the samples of il-6 high expression and EBV infection.In this study,the positive rate of PCR was very low in il-10,only 4.8%,and there was no significant difference between clinical stage and EBV infection(P BBB 0 0.05).The positive rate of TGF-beta detection was low,only 27.0%,and there was no statistical significance in the clinical staging and EBV infection(P BBB 0.05).All of the sample tests are in normal range.Conclusions:Type B thymoma had a higher probability of combining MG,and there was no difference between subtypes in the combination of autoimmune diseases and the combined MG condition(P BBB 0 0.05).IL-1 in type B in each subtype of thymic tumor expression,between EBV infection and no statistical significance(P > 0.05),is associated with type B degree of malignant thymoma(P < 0.05).The more thymic tumor malignant degree,IL-1 expression quantity is higher.IL-6 in MG patients with high expression,and IL-6 high expression between sample and EBV infection was statistically significant(P < 0.05),may be the expression of EBV gene caused higher IL-6,IL-6 up somehow caused the autoimmune reaction,cause myasthenia gravis.IL-10,TGF-beta with type B thymoma clinical stage,between EBV infection had no statistical significance(P > 0.05),and is currently not clear whether associated with EBV infection,it is necessary to expand further study sample size.Patients with type B thymoma may not have high blood coagulation due to tumor,and EBV infection in type B thymoma does not cause coagulation dysfunction.
