ObjectiveTo investigate the relationship between the serum levels of cardiac troponin I and early neurogenic pulmonary edema after subarachnoid hemorrhage.MethodsWe searched Pubmed,Embase and Cochrane library, and published domestic and foreign controlled studies about the relationship between the serum levels of cardiac troponin I and neurogenic pulmonary edema Since the data-base was built. Then,we excluded non-compliant documents, and statistically analyzed the results of included studies using Review Manager5.3 software.ResultsA total of 5 English studies were included in this study. There are related datas about comparing the relationship between the serum levels of cTn I and the occurrence of NPE in 4 studies; And two of including studies can compare gender differences in the occurrence of NPE.Heterogeneity test about the relationship between Increased cTnI expression in serum and the occurrence of NPE was I~2=0%,P=0.49,and the heterogeneity was no significant, studies were analyzed by using Mantel-Haenszel method of the fixed effect model. The combined effect of RR=2.10(95%CI:1.79~2.46),P<0.00001,the difference was statistically significant.Heterogeneity test about the relationship between gender and the occurrence of NPE was I~2=67%,P=0.08,there is some heterogeneity, studies were analyzed by using Mantel-Haenszel method of the random effect model. The combined effect of RR=1.16(95%CI:0.68~1.98),P=0.58,the difference was no statistically significant.ConclusionIncreased cTnI expression in serum is highly correlated with the occurrence of early NPE after subarachnoid hemorrhage; The early increase of cTnI levels in serum after SAH can be used as an auxiliary index to predict the occurrence of NPE after excluding cardiac diseases. |
