The Research Progress Of H₂S And Tumor Angiogenesis

Hydrogen Sulfide(H2S)is the third endogenous gaseous signal molecule,after NO and CO,in which not only plays an important role in many pathophysiologic processes in biosome,but also correlates with various biological processes,tumorigenesis and tumor angiogenesis.So it has become a new hot topic for numerous researches.And this article reviews the related literature,dicusses the relationship between hydrogen sulfide and tumor angiogenesis,and will try to explore the prospects of H2S's fulture application in tumor treatment.
