Malignant melanoma, which is a malignant tumor with a high malignant degree,is well distributed in the middle and old age.In recent years, the incidence of melanoma has continued to rise, which accounts for the third of skin malignant tumors. The biological behavior is highly malignant, invasive and proliferative,so the prognosis is poor. The average survival time of melanoma after distant metastasis is only 6~9 months, and the 5 year survival rate is less than 5%.At present, the sensitivity of routine treatment is low, such as chemotherapy, radiotherapy and immunotherapy. The purpose of this paper is to summarize the diagnosis and treatment principles, thus providing a reference for the treatment of melanoma in clinical.
