Advances In Epigenetic Studies Of Psoriasis

Psoriasis is a chronic,recurrent and inflammatory skin disease,its pathogenesis is complex,and the exact mechanism is not clear,is currently considered to be genetic and environmental factors and other interactions caused by polygenic disease,familial genetic predisposition.Epigenetics is one of the hotspots in the field both at home and abroad.It is a subject whose DNA sequence does not change and whose gene expression can be genetically altered.Its main mechanisms include DNA methylation,histone modification and non-coding RNA regulation,there are epigenetic changes in the development of tumors and various autoimmune diseases.In recent years,there is a lot of evidence that the incidence of psoriasis and epigenetics have some relevance.Psoriasis is currently no cure,and its epigenetic studies may provide new ideas and prospects for the treatment of psoriasis.This article reviews the progress of DNA methylation,histone modification and non-coding RNA regulation of psoriasis in epigenetic studies.
